Contemporary fully furnished condo with screened-in lanai, canal and nature preserve views, 25' boat slip, tennis courts, pool and hot tub, wi-fi, and car port in a gated community. Available for minimum lease of 30 days (HOA requirement).

A typical day for us: Wake up to enjoy our coffee while walking along the canal looking for manatees and the eagles that live in the area. Head out for a day at the beach, followed in the evening by a live band at the Cape Coral Yacht Club (about 15 minutes away) or perhaps poker night at the club house. Then we come home to enjoy an evening drink on the Lanai before turning in.

This modern condo sleeps up to 6 people in two queen size beds and a bunk bed. We also have a travel crib if you have an infant. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, and an spacious shower compartment. The master bedroom and lanai have a southern

exposure with beautiful views of the Four Mile Cove Nature Preserve. The master bedroom has a door to the lanai, and blackout shades for those mornings when you want to sleep in.

The second bathroom opens to both the hallway and to the guest room with the second queen sized bed. The kids' bedroom has bunk beds, leaving plenty of room for them to play with the toys and games. Both of these rooms have views of palm trees right outside the windows.

The kitchen is modern, with Corian counters, cook-top range, refrigerator with ice-maker, hoodtop microwave, pantry, dining area, and breakfast bar with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, flatware, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

The living room features a sofa and love-seat, a large TV with VCR, Blu-ray DVD, Comcast cable (alternatively, we can switch to DirecTV if you prefer), high speed internet with

secure wi-fi, and a CD player. There is also cable TV in the master bedroom.

Island Cove is located just off the mid-point bridge (Veterans Pkwy/Colonial Blvd).

Within 5 minutes drive: Publix, Wal-mart, bowling alley, and a 10 screen movie theatre.

Within 10 minutes: dozens of restaurants, lots of shopping.

Within 45 minutes: Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island. (If you're boating, it's 10 minutes to the river, and about 90 minutes to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach).

Ft Myers airport (RSW) is about a 35 minute drive, Ft Lauderdale and Tampa are about 2 hours and 15 minutes, and Orlando is about 3 hours.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We have stayed at this condo for two years and just love it there. The owner is a very friendly person and kind and caring. The condo is very homey and the wild life you see is great. We stayed other places but this just feels like home.

Awsome vaccation condo!!

We, a family of four, stayed at the condo in July 2016 and had a wonderful time. The pictures of the place is accurate. The area is very nice and clean. It´s close to everything, shops,restaurants and nature but still a very calm and quiet place. The owner, Benn, is very helpful with whatever you would need to get help with. The poolarea is very well maintained as well as the rest of the community. We had everything that we wanted at our stay. This is a place that we will love to come back to!

The propoerty was well kept and fairly represented

My wife and I stayed here for the month of September. We can't say enough good things about the condo and the owner was even better. He was VERY responsive and caring toward us and made every effort to insure we enjoyed our stay. If we could give it 10 stars we would.

Also, the location was very close to shopping and local restaurants and Fort Meyers.

We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and i stayed at this beautiful condo february and march 2014. We must say this condo was very clean when we arrived. The owners were very helpful in the rental of this property. We will definitely stay at this condo again. Lots of shopping, restaurants, beaches grocery stores. They supplied everyhting in this unit. We give them a 10 star rating. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Also beautiful Lanai off the master bedroom overlooking the canal. Harold and Sandra Shaw.

Island Cove Condo, Cape Coral, FL

The description and photos were accurate. The Condo, as well as the surrounding property and pool, was clean and well maintained. We were there a month. It was very comfortable with the appropriate amenities. The owner outdid himself to help make our stay enjoyable. Stores, restaurants, and attractions were plenty and if not enough, Ft Myers is just over the bridge. I would recommend it to others.
