Localizado a apenas 4 quadras da excelentes lojas e restaurantes no Congress Avenue e um bloco de Stacy Park. A piscina pública livre está localizado na extremidade sul de Stacy Park e apenas 5 quarteirões de distância. A menor piscina infantil está localizado no extremo norte de Stacy Parque juntamente com campos de ténis!
A localização é uma unidade perto de I-35 e apenas algumas milhas da Universidade do Texas.
Novo em 2015: A unidade é completamente novo com madeira e ladrilhos todo, um quarto (com lavanderia), um banheiro com chuveiro e uma cozinha / sala de estar combinada. Um balcão de madeira na parte traseira da unidade tem um pátio definido para desfrutar de todas as manhãs e noites agradáveis e uma churrasqueira a gás infra-vermelho inoxidável está disponível também. Duas bicicletas também são fornecidos com fechaduras de bicicleta. Há um computador disponível para uso, bem como internet sem fio e uma impressora. Um sistema de mini-split HVAC duas unidades proporciona excelente aquecimento e refrigeração durante todo o ano.

This apartment is perfectly located for exploring all that South Congress and downtown have to offer. It's also beautifully finished with everything you need for a perfect stay in Austin. Looking forward to returning!
This property is perfect ~ perfectly located, perfectly welcoming and comfortable, perfectly private. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Austin, no questions! It's located just a few minutes walk from South Congress near plenty of great local restaurants and shops. Having the use of the bikes was great when we wanted to venture further; the property is also close to the rapid bus to downtown, which we took advantage of several times - no need for a car! We loved the private outdoor space ~ it was so nice to come "home" after a long day and kick back and relax in comfort.
We had the chance to meet the owner when we arrived ~ he was very friendly and offered suggestions on restaurants and getting around Austin, all of which were spot on! We had a few questions during our stay and he always responded quickly.

We throroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment for a long weekend in Austin. The apartment was clean, modern, well decorated and in a great location. Chris was very easy to work with. The deck was very nice for having our morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

We have always been happy with every VRBO experience, and this one is right up there on the happiness scale. The unit is very well organized with everything one might need for cooking, the bed is really comfortable and everything is so well maintained in this compact little gem. Upscale is an accurate term and so is "best location." Chris is a great property manager, quickly responsive to any questions or concerns and he is just a solidly nice person. He also had great suggestions for dining and entertainment. The location is lovely, with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment within walking distance to South Congress. The people of Austin are so friendly. When visiting again, this will be our go-to for lodging. Thanks Chris, for a great place to stay and your sincere hospitality.
