Our wonderful Villa of 230m² is designed by an architect and located on the beautiful Sicilian beach of Mongiove (Patti-Messina). The villa offers an outstanding view on the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Alicudi and Filicudi). What makes it unique is its position with a direct access to the beach and the sea.
This means that from our terrace-garden you just have to step out on the sand to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian beach.

The 230m² of the house are divided into three floors.
The Ground floor, with its large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, is circled by a large terrace-garden full of plants and flowers: the best place to have your lunchs and dinners in front of a summer sunset.
The first and the second floor, also circled by a terrace, host the bedrooms. Each of them is equipped with one more bathroom.
On the first floor, you will find two parental rooms with double beds and air conditioning and one single bedroom. On the second floor one more parental room and a room with three single beds complete the villa.

Finally, you will be located in between the two major Sicilian airports: Catania and Palermo, both around one hour and a half away by car.
Hence, you will be perfectly located to make some trip around our beautiful Island: Taormina, Cefalù, Milazzo, Palermo, Catania, Siracusa can all be easily reached by car.
For hiking addicts, the Nebrodi and Madonie Mountains as well as the Etna, the largest volcano in Europe (over 3300m high), are also close by.
In addition, if you want to spend a weekend further away in the beautiful mountain village of Isnello, we also have some apartments there. We will be able to arrange for some special offer.
Mongiove is a peaceful fishermen’s village where you will find the calm and the tranquility everyone deserve during holidays. It is also famous for its "Grotte": small beaches that formed between the rocks and reefs of the Monte Giove (Mongiove Mountain). You can easily reach them by walking along the beach for 5/10 minutes.
Some restaurants and bars, as well as a Lido, can be easily find in Mongiove. However, in 5 minutes by cars, you can easily reach Patti and Patti Marina which are full of small bars and restaurants.

The highway Messina - Palermo ( Patti exit ) allows convenient access to the villa and a starting point to visit Sicily .
Parking is free anywhere in Mongiove and often available in front of the villa's main access.
From Patti, mini-cruises depart each day to the Aeolian Islands: ideal for a discovery trip who will allow to set foot on more than one island in one day, as well as enjoying the beauty of this archipelago from the sea.
An alternative to get there, are the ferries departing from Milazzo.
In Patti there is also a train station.
