Peters beach house is a brand new 3 bedroom double storie house with some bay views and the shops pub parks and beach just a short stroll.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa bed,
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds
3rd bedroom has double bed.
lounge room up stairs also has a double sofa bed.note there is no door on this room.
Bed 1 has a large en suite which has a shower two vanities and toilet and walk in wardrobe ,Main bathroom upstairs has a bath shower and twin vanities also a separate toilet upstairs

The kitchen is a modern lovely bright and neat kitchen with all requirements including a microwave oven. seating for 6 plus 6 stools
Down stairs their is also separate shower and separate toilet
Games room consisting of soccer table and air hockey table
Large lounge now have free wifi
with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning /heating
On the balcony there is an outdoor setting for 6
down the side of the house there is room to lock up your boats jet ski etc
The backyard has a BBQ and outdoor setting for 8 making a great relaxing area. BBQ needs to be cleaned after use.

plenty to do in portarlington
Portarlington is on the Bellarine Peninsula with great day trips to the different towns and picnic spots.
Geelong is only approximately 20 minutes away.
You can relax, read a book, enjoy the views, walk along the foreshore in Portarlington. Seaside activites include swimming, fishing and snorkelling around the pier and the wreck of the "Ozone".
You can also visit the nearby historical township of Queenscliff where you can catch a ferry to Sorrento for a day trip or book to swim with the dolphins
Visit the Portarlington Miniature Railway, the Portarlington Historic Mill or take a ride on the Bellarine Peninsula Railway across 16 kms across Victoria's beautiful Bellaring Peninsula.
Oh and don't forget the many wineries which offer wine tastings around Portarlington.
