Opposite the main beach - what more can you ask for

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Made the mistake of booking thru Stayz - go direct and book at the Wiseberry website and save ~$100. Unit was clean and tidy - highly recommended for a small family. Only problem for me (overweight & middle-aged) was the apartment was at the top of the stairs - lol. No views but, hey, go for a walk.

Great location terrible cleanliness

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. I had to buy cleaning products! The mould in the shower was horrendous. The bed linen was dirty. There was only 3 forks. The plates and cups needed to be Re washed. The apartment looks into the back of a restaurant so heard load air conditioning all not. Probably worst place we have ever stayed. Real estate agent was fabulous. Location near beach was also great

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Top location, across the road from Flynn’s Beach. Great cafes and nice restaurants around the corner. Pool is nice to swim in after a day at the beach, I fell asleep on the pool lounge so relaxing. Great spot to get the kids off tech and outdoors, easy to ride or walk into town. Flynn’s is great for surfing and body boarding, life guards too. Highly recommend

A light and breezy unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in unit 11. It is close to the beach and town. We enjoyed the coastal walking track. The management staff were very helpful and responsive. Had to restock some essential cooking utensils as they were missing but got reimbursed.

Location good, apartment not do good

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four floors up, stairwell was not very clean.Apartment was dated and although on first look it was OK it was not clean Carpets sticky and dirty, kitchen floor sticky, the dining chairs were dusty and the wardrobe in the second bedroom also thick layers of dust. Would not stay again
