Waterfront condomínio condomínio perfeitamente localizado para acesso de barco até o Golfo do México, Charlotte Harbor, e Pine Island Sound. Grande pesca e acesso rápido de Boca Grande, ilha de Captiva, Sanibel Island, repolho Key, Cayo Costa State Park, e Usseppa Island.
Uma ilha paradisíaca, com muitas amenidades no local. Cenário tropical com duas piscinas aquecidas, gazebo na baía, campos de ténis, cais de pesca de 400 pés, loja de marina com isca e combustível, rampa para barcos, e dockage barco à sua porta.
Edifício recentemente renovado, com uma cozinha completa, sala para seis para dormir, e uma varanda com vista para Jug Creek. Novo mobiliário e conveniências acrescentou.
We stayed a month in this lovely condo. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the condo. Parking is underneath the unit, so there are stairs to the second story unit, and more stairs to floor with bedrooms and washing machine. Each condo is allocated two parking slots so boat trailer may be stored there. No other trailer parking available. Can park boat on trailer on crushed stone road in front of condo until boat can be launched. No turnaround so it is tricky turning around to go to ramp. Kitchen is well equipped and it soon felt like home. Very few people in the complex in September. Very convenient getting gas & ice for the boat from Four Winds Marina. Easy boat access to surrounding waters for fishing and beaching on Cayo Costa. Only used pool a couple of times; it is well maintained and enjoyable and a short walk from condo. While boat dock is very conveniently located behind the condo,, it does not have a boat lift so our boat did accumulate lots of barnacles and algae in the month we stayed. Wi-fi in unit and flat screen tvs. We would recommend this condo.
Short stay but enjoyable, with unit as shown in the photos. Amenities lists unscreened lanais, but off l/r and mstr. b/r both now screened. Faces east, so lovely morning coffee view of canal and Jug Creek. While we didn't use it, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped...just bring vittles. Two pools, tennis courts, boat ramp, and scenic walking to end of road.
Four Winds Marina two minutes by car. Restaurant, fishing guides, ships store.
Look forward to returning next Summer.
Owner was helpful in booking and communication. Cannot say the same for the realty rep., but that did not detract from our stay.
