Este apartamento está convenientemente localizado perto da famosa Plaza Dorrego, no bairro de San Telmo, em Buenos Aires. O apartamento foi modernizado e, ao mesmo tempo mantendo o seu charme original. O edifício foi restaurado à sua antiga glória, num edifício antigo perfeitamente preservado, existem apenas quatro unidades, por isso, continua a ser muito bem em todos os momentos.
A unidade fica cheia de luz solar, e se abre para uma sala de recepção que leva a uma grande sala de estar. Há um espaçoso, cozinha integrada, com decoração de interiores de qualidade superior. Ambos os quartos abrem para varandas de estilo francês da frente.
Corredor espaçoso, completamente restaurado-a-nova casa de banho, quarto de vestir e dois quartos principais, com grandes janelas. Há uma outra casa de banho com duche, completamente restaurado; uma escada leva a um terceiro quarto menor com banheiro e vestiário.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was great - grocery store next door and laundromat across the street. It was well stocked and the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. A few suggestions for improving the experience. The tub in the main bathroom was extremely slippery to the point of being dangerous. And the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and sparse. There were four of us and there were only seats for two. A chest of drawers in each bedroom would have been welcome as there were no closets. But overall, we would recommend this apartment.
The apartment is excellent. We loved cooking in the kitchen and sharing a glass of wine on the huge kitchen island. The large dining and sitting room with its huge windows and high ceilings (15 foot?) all added to the charm. We loved the fact that the bedrooms were in the back of the apartment and blocked all of the noise from the street. The beds were great and sleeping late was the norm. Great restaurants and pubs are a block or so away on Peru street, shopping at the market for vegetables was enjoyable and the supermarket next door to the apartment made stocking up easy. I would recommend this apartment to anybody.
I am a 54 year old woman and I and another (younger) woman stayed for a week at this charming apartment with character. It had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was modern and it, the dining room and living room had wonderful floor to (high) ceiling doors that opened onto 4 balconies overlooking the street, provided light and a breeze. The street could be busy at times, but we weren't bothered by it at night since the bedrooms are in the rear. The main bathroom was large, tiled, and had a nice shower and lots of counter and storage space. We didn't use the other bathroom, which had a smaller shower. Neither of the bedrooms has a closet, however, there is a large one in the hall that we hung clothes in. The bedrooms on the main floor were spacious, however, there were no dressers or storage spaces for belongings. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom, which was small with a water closet and twin bed. The only thing that I think would improve the place would be to put light bulbs in the ceiling fixtures in the bedrooms and hallway to make them brighter. Both bedrooms had small desk lamps to light the entire room, which made them a bit dark. We loved the San Telmo neighborhood and one of our favorite days was exploring and photographing all the interesting street art and graffiti. We never felt unsafe, but we were aware of our surroundings, went with our gut instincts, and weren't out walking late at night. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this apartment again or recommend it to friends who want to stay in this area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and interesting shops within walking distance, and it is possible to walk to the center of the city (Plaza de Mayo) if you want a little more exercise. We also used the Subte nearby, although if really late at night walking back from the station to the apartment would feel a little sketchy. Federico met us at the apartment and even arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and return us at the end of our stay, which was a considerable convenience. He provided us with a small cell phone that we could use to make local calls and there was WiFi, however, it was a little unreliable. We found it worked best when only one device was using it at a time. The owner of the apartment was easy to work and communicate with, so arranging our stay went smoothly. She also provided us with a list of places to visit, things to do, and restaurant recommendations. Overall great stay here and we hope to return some day.
My husband, younger daughter and I stayed here while visiting our older daughter who was studying at the University of Buenos Aires. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The rooms facing onto the street have beautiful high ceilings and are light and airy. The bedrooms (towards the back of the apartment) were darker and very quiet - a perfect combination! The owner, Federico, was friendly and very helpful. The air-conditioning was a blessing in the Argentinian summer - especially for a family from Scotland!
The nearby Gran Parrilla del Plata (Chile 594) is excellent and we had some delicious breakfasts at La Poesia (Chile 502) and Telmo Deli (Hotel Patios de San Telmo, Chacabuco 748) . Very good coffee can be had from the kiosk in the centre of the San Telmo covered market (Defensa, Bolívar San Telmo Carlos Calvo & Estados Unidos block) - the owner is very friendly - and El Banco Rojo (Bolivar 914) serves very tasty, good value sandwiches and wraps, ideal for lunchtime. The weekly Feria de San Telmo (Plaza Dorrego) is also well worth a visit - we bought almost all our souvenirs here.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment - I hope we'll one day have an excuse to return.
I spent a week with my partner in this apartment and I have to say that it is as good as it seems in the pictures. It is located in the heart of San Telmo where you get the real flair of Buenos Aires, The apartment is in a very old building, with detailed renovations preserving the old look but with a modern and solid construction. The rooms are big and the furniture is very stylish and functional.
It's also very close to the Axel Hotel, a very hot gay spot in San Telmo, and it's a few blocks away from the San Telmo market and the best milongas, or tango dance halls. I totally recommend this place for tourists looking for a special time in the city. The bathroom is completely luxurious and the kitchen is beautiful. It can perfectly accommodate between four to six persons or more... I totally recommend it. Don't hesitate and book your place here.
We had a wonderful stay in this elegant home. Its greatest features include modern spaces with a classic feel. The sun-drenched dining room/living room/ kitchen lures you to stay inside (though you know there's a world to explore in Buenos Aires). The bedrooms face the courtyard so you can get the quiet you need for a peaceful sleep. The apartment it spotlessly clean with all the amenities to make your stay satisfying. Excellent coffee shops a few blocks away and a very convenient grocery just steps away. Best of all is the in-keeper who is a guardian angel. He’s there when you need any assistance or recommendations, but makes himself invisible to respect your privacy. We’ll recommend this place to all of our friends
