A large veranda/sundeck envelopes the house and provides comfortable, outdoor living spaces for both morning and afternoon.
The grounds and garden are of native shrubs, bushes, mature trees and herb garden. Water views through the trees and you will be able to hear the waves at night.
Fish, swim, surf in summer and enjoy crisp air, leisurely walks on the beach and relaxing by the fire in winter. This beautiful coastal property is only minutes from Orford township and one hour's drive from Hobart.
Bedding configuration consists of master with queen size bed, second bedroom with queen size bed, third bedroom with two singles and two trundle beds. Large sunroom room with second television and double sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric stove. Comfortable lounges, cosy woodheater for those cool nights (wood supplied), digital tv, foxtel and wifi. Linen supplied. The Beachhouse is designed for adult enjoyment and is not suitable for pets or small children.
