This is a quiet 24 unit building that has been designed for privacy and is located away from the beach commotion but within an easy walk or taxi ride. We do not rent often and are highly selective to protect our unit and retired neighbors.
This is a modern complex with luxury condos and penthouses that offers tremendous views of the city and Banderas Bay. It is a highly secure building with remote control electric gates for vehicle entrance, internal surveillance cameras, covered parking, infinity swimming pool, entertainment area with sundeck, built-in serving area, wet-bar (palapa), beautiful tropical landscaping and gardens, Mexican contemporary style balconies, terraces, and red tile roofs. There is a 24-hour front desk concierge.
La Cima III-A features three large bedrooms with king-sized beds in each, room darkening blinds, plus three full bathrooms and a deluxe powder room all recently updated. The master bedroom features a panoramic view of the bay and city and an ensuite bathroom that was remodeled in 2021, plus a huge walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 includes an ensuite bathroom as well. The showers in bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a rain shower head plus a handheld showerhead, both with individual controls and. Bedroom 3 shares a full bathroom with the rest of the unit. A reading den is also featured and comes with a beautiful custom-made metal sculpture. All bedrooms feature digital safes and alarm clocks that include USB charging ports.
The recently remodeled and upgraded island kitchen is a great place to gather and have a drink. It is fully equipped and perfect for the gourmet cook with a new GE dishwasher, UV water filter, granite countertops, 5-burner gas cooktop, full-sized refrigerator-freezer with ice and water in door, full supply of pots, pans, plates, glassware, silverware, and other containers, toaster oven, toaster, KRUPS, Keurig, and Nespresso coffee machines, a blender, and other kitchen tools. Our local property manager, who checks you in, is happy to help you make arrangements to enjoy a personal chef-cooked meal, boat and fishing trips, or at home massages.
Both the living room and master bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that disappear into the wall so they don’t obstruct the view and open fully to an over 40 foot long covered balcony with ceiling fans, barbecue, refrigerator, and wet bar. Dine outdoors or relax on your private terrace to watch the nightly fireworks and city lights, parasailers, cruise ships, jet skiers, hydro-shoe enthusiasts, whales, and unbelievable sunsets.
Stay comfortable in your condo with other amenities such as four high definition Smart televisions (40” to 55”), a full-sized high-efficiency washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and 4 zoned air conditioning systems with digital thermostats, local calls, secure Wi-Fi, and twice weekly maid service is included. You can contract with the cleaning girl for more service at your expense if desired, but advance notice is needed.
Please understand that we do not rent to families bringing children under 40 years of age out of respect to our retired neighbors. This is a quiet zone, non-smoking, and no pets unit. There is a 7-night minimum stay and we do not accept bookings more than 90 days in the future (note: the VRBO maximum is 180 days, but we have a 90-day policy because this is not a high-turnover, instant rent, unit).
