There are two full bathrooms, each with marble-top vanities and a tub/shower. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. A total of four parking spaces are available and are right in front of the property as well as one 20 x 10 foot boat slip at the dock. There is a great swim area for children and adults protected by the dock and walking bridge. NO PARTIES and NO PETS are allowed or you will lose your $400 deposit. The individual reserving must be at least 30 YEARS Old.
