The listing price is for the weeks of June 29th through July 6th 2024 OR August 31st through September 7th 2024. Westgate Branson Lake Villas does not rent the 3 bedroom duplex houses, they are for owners use only. Your only additional costs would be any type of incidentals charges that you made at the Resort.

Very Quite, Private, and Enjoyable site!

This Villa is in a great location which is only a few miles from all attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning. I do hate that they are building another unit which will possible block the great view of Table Rock Lake.

Very nice!!

Overall the accommodations are very nice. Great staff. I'd give it 4.5 stars. Little disappointed about the outdoor hot tub and mini golf course. Minor things, that had they been better, would have been a 5 star review. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Sue and I love beautiful lakes and mountains. Table Rock Lake never disappoints us. We get joy from being able to view the lake from the second floor deck. But we also enjoy the beauty of the Ozark Mountains.. We began vacationing here together since purchase of the time share in 1998. Since we live in south Texas, the drive to Westgate Branson Lake is only 13 hours so the yearly vacation was always the favorite destination. The activities, and all the fun and diverse entertainment in the Branson area is what keeps us coming back. Sue and I are both retired and are in our late 80's and it is getting harder to make the drive. This is the only reason we are renting the house. We have been fortunate to have traveled to many places, yet our favorite is Table Rock Lake.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Some of the unique pleasures we enjoy at our duplex is seeing the beautiful lake from the second floor deck. The house is designed for the open living areas of the kitchen, dining, and family room at the back. The property has a beautiful swimming pool a short walk from of the houses. It is private to the house owners and their guests. The hot tub & pool by the condos for use of any guest. Yet with all of these wonderful services, the houses are very quite, relaxed, and peaceful. We also enjoy going into Branson, which is about a 10 minute drive, to visit the inviting Branson Landing. It has numerous good restaurants, and shopping overlooking Lake Taneycomo. We are about 10 to 15 minutes to numerous shows and attractions. Sue and I enjoy live shows. The talent at these shows are fantastic! We love the live music shows. The price for the entertainment is certainly affordable compared to other cities. Of course we enjoy the Christmas shows and lights at Silver Dollar City. There are so many varied and quality things to do near the Branson lake villas. But one of our absolute favorite activities is sitting out on our balcony taking in the beautiful lake and being awed by nature.
