This condo offers big value and space for 5 along with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Telluride, Colorado! Enjoy stunning mountain and river views from the bay window of this top-floor condo at the Viking Lodge. The cozy dine-in area is a great place to enjoy your afternoon tea or at-home apres before an evening out on the town. The kitchenette provides everything you need to make a quick breakfast or pack lunch for your adventure of the day, including a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. Simply walk downstairs to find yourself on the River Trail and the San Miguel River or to take advantage of the complex's heated pool (in summer) and hot tub.

Good location.

Some wear and tear but that is normal for properties that rent so often. We own a. Property in Breck and many things get broken by renters.

Awesome views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay with epic views and location was easy access to lifts and night life

We stayed for my husband's 50th with our two kids and it was great! Loved the location and the owner thoughtfully left a bottle of wine and card for my hubby:) Thank you so much for sharing your space!

Telluride Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It fit our group well (two adults, a 7 year old, and a 3 year old). I especially enjoyed its location right in the river.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
