O quarto apresenta uma cama queen size e uma cama de casal para os hóspedes. Todas as comodidades estão incluídos - com uma TV na sala e no quarto, internet sem fio, máquina de lavar louça. Há uma moeda operado máquina de lavar e secar roupa no segundo andar do prédio com elevador.

The condo unit was just as it was portrayed, it was well kept and comfortable and we enjoyed using it. The location is super great, within walking distance to downtown and several nice restaurants, with three parks close by to stroll in, one right out the door. The owner was quite hospitable and we were greeted with a lot of cute touches in the place. We will use one of her places again when we are in Melbourne. We diffidently recommend this property to anyone we know as staying there was comfortable.
The property was clean, attractive and well supplied for our one week stay. We especially enjoyed the fact that it was such a short walk to the historic downtown of Melbourne. We also took advantage of the location by the causeway for morning jogging. We received good customer service when we had some trouble getting the cable TV to work. The only additional thing I would add to the other reviews is that while it is true that you can see the harbor from the ground floor patio, the condo is not on the harbor but set back by a road and a short block.
I stayed here for a week for work and it was perfect. Great facilities, clean and I couldnt have asked for a better location for the beach (5mins drive), downtown which has great restaurants and shops is only a stones throw away. Super comfy bed and great open plan living area with EVERY TV channel included for those moments you wnat to hang out indoors.
Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the marina- excellent for your morning coffee or early evening drink. Nice surprise having a BBQ there too.
Next time I visit Melbourne, I know exactly where I will be staying- no question at all! The manageress of the property was great and checked in via email to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I stayed in this condom for 3 month with a friend during an Engineering internship at FIT (Florida Institute of Technology).
The apartment is very clean, furnished and really quite. The flat is well located (near downtown and not so far to the beach or the FIT)
Donna (the owner) is very nice and very helpful. She made our stay really pleasant.
It is a good solution for students from the fit.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for four months from late August- December, and it truly became our home. Donna (the owner) made the absolute most of the space and furnished it beautifully. It is updated, trendy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable (the photos here are actually slightly outdated as it looks even better now). We had EVERYTHING we could have needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and laid out perfectly to maximize space. Donna even separated a section of the living room to allow for another bed. My brother and mom each came to visit at different times and felt the separation allowed for comfort and privacy for an extra guest.
As everyone has mentioned, it is in an ideal location next to the harbor and a quick walk to town. The town is lively with lots of little restaurants and shops if you wish to explore. It even has a (low key) nightlife, making the condo an ideal location if you wish to stay out late and walk back.
Now to fully round out this review I must mention the owner Donna and her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful from the time we began inquiring about the apartment. She actually allowed for our move and adjustment to the new area run much smoother. Throughout our stay, she responded to any concern or questioned we had within HOURS. Usually she would respond within the first hour and quickly addressed anything we asked. It's hard to find an owner as honest, helpful and responsive as Donna is.
I would definitely recommend staying in this condo for a vacation, or even long-term stay as we did!
I must say this condo is perfect for a couple or a family of 3 to 4 it is very comfortable and clean, the kitchen has plenty of room for the overall size of the condo it also has everything you would need to make a nice meal or even whip up a frozen drink.Staying on the first floor is also great and the pool is nice. We found great restaurants in town like Meg O' Malley's and our new favorite The Big Mansion. The location is good with plenty of beachs and more restaurants and shops just over the causeway.
