Um apartamento confortável quarto de 28m2, com um 10m2 varanda virada a sul com vista para o mar, onde se pode assistir os super iates de ricos e famosos ancorado Eze baía durante a temporada de verão. Este alojamento é a localização ideal para explorar a Cote D'Azur em todas as estações. O fácil acesso a transportes públicos (comboio e autocarro) elimina a necessidade de alugar um carro. No entanto, se você tiver um carro, há estacionamento fechado gratuito. Na chegada, há uma cesta de boas-vindas de frutas, vinho, queijo, lanches, leite, ovos, chá, café, açúcar. Artigos de higiene básicos, como papel higiênico, sabonete, shampoo, detergente para & detergente para a roupa também são fornecidos.
We stayed for five weeks in the apartment which is equipped to a very high standard and in one of the best places on the coast. The beach (pebbles) is a short walk from the apartment, very clean and never 'packed' even in the 'height' of the season when we stayed. Public transport is a couple of minutes away, very cheap and convenient. Local restaurant opposite the train station is a friendly well run establishment well worth a visit as is the snack bar just across the road.
Kate the owner ensured we had a memorable stay. We were collected from the train station and Kate regularly kept in touch and visited weekly to change bedding, towels etc.
The welcome pack was extensive, the apartment spotless, well equipped (including a dishwasher).
We would thoroughly recommend this property and the owner could not do enough to help our stay be such a pleasant one. Many thanks Kate!
Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, well maintained and well equipped. Very conveniently located for travel to Nice, Monaco and all points along the coast. Bus travel is impressive - frequent services and only 1.5 Euro for any journey. Friendly and helpful hosts, including a lift to and from the little train station in Eze sur Mer, plus a generous welcome pack. Overall, hard to fault and we'd be more than happy to return to this excellent little apartment.
Firstly, we were greeted by Kate the owner who was very helpful in picking us up at the local train station, and on arrival the apartment was extremely clean and well maintained to a very high standard. Plus an excellent welcome pack to cater for all our needs to start our holiday style. We must also add that the apartment was superbly located and very close the the local train station and bus stop and all amenities.
we have just spent a lovely week here. The position of the apartment is great. 5 mins walk from station and Kate even gave us a lift on arrival. Balcony got sunshine all day long , with a perfect sea view beyond the lush garden outside. Then a 2 minute walk from apartment to sea. Bring shoes you can wear in sea and go for a dip before breakfast and you will have the beautiful clear water and views of the bay all to yourself. buses and trains vey convenient.

This apartment is, in all ways, a little gem. It is within a small gated complex right opposite the beach. The apartment has everything you could think of, a real home from home, including items such as cling film and serviettes and it was spotlessly clean. Kate, the owner, provided a lovely food pack on arrival which kept us going for 2 days! Kate made contact a couple of times just to ensure all was well. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony which has fabulous views out to sea and when the sun was particularly hot, we were able to use the sunblind to shade us. Its location is excellent, train and bus stops within moments from the apartment. We enjoyed the coastal walk to Beaulieu-sur-mer where we shopped at the daily fruit and veg market, it also has a supermarket right next to the train station, which was useful for the return journey. Although there are limited restaurants in Eze, it is extremely easy and cheap to travel to Monaco, Beaulieu, Villefranche etc., for a greater choice and transport runs till very late at night. All in all we had a fabulous holiday enhanced by the lovely apartment and its location, we shall definitely be returning.

Sit on beach with cocktail and watch the super yachts.
Apartment perfect with everything you need as as we were there in a 36 degree heat wave the aircon was much needed.

Este apartamento de um quarto moderno faz parte de uma propriedade de 10 fechado residência. Localizado no segundo andar (only15 degraus para subir), tem uma varanda virada a sul com vista para o mar e com vista para a palma da mão e frutas jardim comum árvore. Off-street estacionamento está disponível.
Dentro, há ventiladores de teto, juntamente com ciclo reverso AC. WiFi gratuito. Há um 42 'TV com SKY livre-to-air, Apple TV, dock para iPod e um leitor de DVD.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada com uma geladeira / freezer, fogão 4 bocas top, combinação forno de microondas, máquina de lavar roupa e máquina de lavar louça.
Embora compacto, suite sala de banho está equipada com um aquecedor de toalhas, piso aquecido e espelho (sem névoa!).
Fora dos portões não há acesso a praia Eze através de um túnel, por isso não há necessidade de atravessar uma estrada movimentada. O túnel passa sob a estrada de ferro também. Note-se que os trens franceses são elétricos e, portanto, em silêncio.
Aqui também é o ponto de ônibus para 2 linhas de ônibus ... não. 83 viagens ao medieval Eze Village (imperdível) e no. 100 viaja entre Nice, via Monaco, para Menton. O serviço é regular e custa apenas 1 € 50 por viagem.
Sua localização entre Nice e Monaco torna-o ideal para um casal que quer explorar o triângulo dourado da Côte d'Azur.
Situado entre Monaco e Cap Ferrat, Eze é a chave baixa por comparação no entanto, todos da banda U2 têm casas em Eze e Bill Gates, Roman Abramovich, Philip Green são visitantes frequentes.
