Located in the Villa area of High Ridge, St Julian's , is the stunning Villa Belvedere . It is furnished with modern furniture and fully air-conditioned.
Consisting of 3 spacious double bedrooms enjoying spectacular sea views from the terraces, as well as a triple bedroom and rooms with bunk beds, this property sleeps 23 people.
Guests can also enjoy the 5 bathrooms, two of which are shower rooms.
The fantastic outdoor facilities should also be highlighted. You can relax or enjoy a swim in the large pool , which also includes a jacuzzi . In addition, the surrounding terrace can be used for family gatherings and barbecues for friends. This property includes a games room and a children's play area . The kitchen is well equipped with your daily needs. Wi-Fi is also available on request throughout the property. Highly recommended!
This property is located in a sought after villa area close to all amenities including groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes . The nearby towns of Sliema and St Julian's are only a 5 minute drive away and you can also enjoy fantastic unobstructed sea views along the coast.
The property is also close to Greens supermarket, an 8 minute walk to a multi-storey commercial supermarket with online shopping and free deliveries.
Cheap taxis are frequently available, but alternatively, public transport is close by and can take you to all the nearby towns, including the beaches and a water park.
Car rental is not required, but if guests wish to use the car rental service, parking is secure on the street.
Villas - Belvedere, Diamantina and Sunnyside are privately located next to each other and can accommodate up to 75 guests. They are suitable for large groups or family weddings.
Residents can make use of a communal indoor swimming pool shared between the 3 villas.
*The indoor pool and jacuzzi are available all year round.
* The shared indoor pool is heated to 27 ° .

Very Pleased with Vacation
We arrived at the start of september on a week break, we choose the property because of the space and the location was ideal. Jane the manageress was always on hand if there was any queries and looked after us throughout the stay, so thank you for all your help. I would definitely come again and recommend to my friends and family, the only small blemish and very small was that there pool patio area could do with a jet wash now again - this would stop a lot of dust/dirt that gets blown in on the African winds from going into the building.. but, like I said this is only a very small blemish on what was a really good holiday. Unfortunately, we have encountered various complications during our stay here. Not only did we arrive the 8th to a dirty house, it also smelled and had mold on the walls. There is no cold water in the house, meaning we have to shower with boiling water, which as you can imagine in 35-degree weather is not ideal. On top of that, the air conditioners, which we payed do not work. In the top room, we found a birds nest, which wasn’t removed when mentioned to Jane, our host. On the first day, we complained to Jane about the state we found the house in, sticky floors, mold on all the walls, expired fire extinguisher, bloodstains on the sheets, and black and blue stains on our mattresses and the smell of rotten animal in the kitchen. Jane told us she was going to clean our house as well the individual rooms and change the bedsheets. We asked this on Sunday, and the cleaning crew came on Tuesday, cleaning only the floors of the main hall and the entrance. They did not bring new sheets, nor did they clean the rooms, as promised. We are staying in this house for a week. Since we are on vacation we have turned a blind eye to most of the above-mentioned problems, because we did not want to invest our energy and time on this. But we noticed after going to the doctor and being diagnosed, that we are full of bed-bug bites, which is simply unacceptable and disgusting. When we tried to contact Jane, she did not respond and ignored our several calls, for hours, and when we finally reached

House was great. Property manager Jane is brilliant, help sort trips and transfers/ transport whenever needed. She is really easy to get hold of and answers quickly to questions.

Disappointed
Overall property was decent but there were a lot of things we had to ask to be rectified:- not enough mugs not enough glasses no cork screw/ cheese grater towels very old/ worn and not bath size not enough parasols (one) mosquito shutters broken/torn blackout curtains i’ll fitting therefore ineffective no curtains in one of the room only nets jacuzzi dirty, one day diet floating around in jacuzzi torn sheets/ripped pillows electric socket coming off wall loads of mosquitos, we think, due to stagnant pool next door In fairness to property manager she rectified quickly the basic things, the other things are things that need rectifying for future guests and should have been maintained considering the price bracket this accommodation is being rented in. Loud music at night a few nights due to the flats below villa, youngsters trying to use our pool when they must have thought we were out. No longer a family villa due to occupied flats below in my opinion. The owner needs to have a good look at property and especially at the detail of the villa which really lets it down as below standard at the moment. Air con very expensive as on top of villa cost. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return to the villa due to so many small things not being right.
