This detached premium chalet for a maximum of 14 people with a very snow-sure and sunny location is located at an altitude of 1600 m in Klippitztörl, near the town of Bad St. Leonhard in the Lavanttal in Carinthia and in close proximity to the lifts of the Klippitztörl ski area.
The chalet offers a large living room with dining table, a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and their own television (2 bedrooms have an additional loft bed). There is also a ski room, a carport for 2 cars, a wellness room with sauna and shower and a terrace with an incomparably beautiful view over the Lavanttal.
The Klippitztörl refers to a town, a pass road and a ski area on the Saualpe in Carinthia. The chalet is located near the slopes of the Klippitztörl ski area in the Lavanttal in Carinthia. This ski area is located at an altitude of 1400 - 1800 meters and offers 28 kilometers of slopes and 6 lifts for easy and medium-difficulty downhill skiing. If there is enough snow, you can ski from the chalet to the slopes and back. Skiing on the Klippitztörl is an insider tip in Carinthia. Here you will also find a high cross-country ski run, a snowboarder fun point, you can go night skiing, night tobogganing, etc. The friendly, family atmosphere guarantees you a great winter sports holiday.
The lively, historic town of Bad St. Leonhard offers various spas, shops and cozy restaurants, and in about 30 minutes by car you can reach one of the most famous bathing lakes in Austria, the Klopeiner See. Alternatively, the city of Wolfsberg offers plenty of shopping opportunities and in summer the stadium pool for lots of swimming fun!
The charger charges with a maximum of 12A and is therefore not very fast, but it can still be charged. The costs are €0.40 per charged kWh. The keys to the house include a charging tag that tenants can use to charge.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
