Our spacious villa has an open floor plan designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Enter into the formal dining area which seats 8 and is open to adjoining parlor area with seating for two to read and relax with access to the lanai/pool area through French doors; then step into a full kitchen with large island that accommodates seating for 4 and dinette that also seats 4, which continues to flow into the family room with high ceilings, 55' flat screen TV, internet with WIFI connection, NETFLIX, DVD player, and music center with two sets of French doors that open to the lanai/pool area. In the master bedroom we have a king size bed, large flat TV with access to the lanai/pool area through sliding glass door, and an adjoining en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, walk in shower and garden bath tub. Across the home is a second Master bedroom with king size bed, large flat screen TV, an adjoining en-suite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo that is also accessible from the lanai/pool. The queen size bed in the third bedroom and the two twin beds in the fourth bedroom share the third bathroom. The laundry has a washer and dryer as well as all the items you will need.

The lake can be viewed from almost every room from the home and pool, yet the manicured shrubs along the side of the home provide privacy at the pool.

As already mentioned, there is a high-speed WIFI internet connection and ability to watch Netflix programming as well.

Our Guests can use the newly renovated 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basket ball courts, playground and 2 communal pools of the Briarwood Community.
