** HOUSING **
The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of 15 people maximum. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation.
We offer a hotel-type service for bed linen, towels and bath sheets.
The house has 6 Bedrooms with 140cm x 200cm double beds and 3 Bedrooms with 120cm x 190cm beds.
The garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in fine weather.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the house.
In order to be able to offer "non-smoking" accommodation to the following travelers, please be sure to strictly observe this rule. Smokers should go out and enjoy the outside, which is very pleasant :-).
The house also has a very high speed internet connection (Fiber).
Parking in the neighborhood is free.

The living room and the kitchen open onto a garden and a terrace which will allow you to have an aperitif, and have lunch or dinner outside during the sunny days.

Nearby you have many shops: cafe, bakery, tobacco, pharmacy and a supermarket within 400m.
At 600m the historic district of Gratte-Ciel is the heart of Villeurbanne, it is an architectural ensemble designed in the thirties.
It is punctuated by two major administrative and cultural places: the Town Hall and the TNP. An important shopping street, avenue Henri Barbusse, a semi-pedestrian street with many shops and shaded terraces awaits you 700m from the house.

Line A (main axis of the Lyon metro) with the "Gratte-Ciel" station is a 5-minute walk away.
From this station all the important sites of the city of Lyon will be accessible to you in less than 15 min.
