The Villa has 2 master bedrooms (2 queens) and a loft (2 twins) with a half bath upstairs, 2 Full Baths downstairs and an Outdoor Shower.
It is conveniently located with views of the ocean, lagoon, and golf course from two decks. It sleeps 6 comfortably - two Queens & two twin beds.

**The Bald Head Island Club membership requires an additional fee which is purchased directly from the BHI Club. Bald Head Island, a unique barrier island off the southeast coast of North Carolina, offers a pristine, scenic environment of dunes, marsh, tidal creek, semi-tropical maritime forest, and 14 miles of beaches.

Park your car at the ferry terminal in Southport and take the ferry over to the island. From there a tram will take you to the villa and assist with the handling of all your luggage. Once there, you and your family will enjoy a relaxing week in a truly unique environment.

Villa 23 BHI

We had a really wonderful stay at Villa 23. The unit is very well maintained, nicely decorated, and was neat and clean. Everything was in good working order, and the owner provided a new golf cart as well as beach chairs & beach towels. We grilled most of our dinners, and the grill worked well. The kitchen was also well supplied with everything we needed. We loved the location on BHI and the beach is one of the prettiest we have seen on the east coast. We would certainly go back again and rent this same Villa and highly recommend it.

Great spot for a family vacation

Villa 23 checks all the boxes. Centrally located with an ocean view. Clean and recently updated interior. A bonus outdoor area for relaxing. Our family really enjoyed our recent stay!

Nice comfy Villa a stone's throw from South Beach

It was our first trip to BHI so we had a lot to learn. What a great place to visit! Communication was good with the owner and she made things easy with general instructions, how the ferry worked, etc. This Villa is older but well kept and with good decor and household amenities. Great location -- could see the water from the deck. No real complaints other than the comforters on the kids beds in the loft not being clean when we checked in. Not a huge deal -- we washed them in the washer in the garage first thing. Other than that all was nice and tidy! Only other pieces of advice would be to add a few hooks inside in bedrooms and bathrooms for towels, wet bathing suits etc. so not everything would have to go out on the deck to dry, etc.. That, and the toaster needs replaced (had to hold it down to cook the bread). First world problems, right? One piece of advice for renters (and this is no knock on this home in any way) is we did not enjoy our time at all at the Club that we paid to be a guest member of (and it wasn't cheap). We literally went 1x and we didn't go back. It's not that it wasn't nice (it actually was) but following all of their rules about when we could go, wrist bands with times that we could be in certain places, etc. Rules about when and how often we could make reservations for dinner etc. Dude, this is an island vacation -- I don't want to worry about being charged a penalty/fee for not showing up at a particular time to your pool. No thanks -- we will stick with going to the many awesome beaches and save the membership expense next time we visit. The lagoon was very cool. Be careful, there are gators in the waters. You will see them if you are there for a few days and you look. We really enjoyed the view into the lagoon where you will see egrets and massive grass carp in the waters daily! The golf cart was new and nice. Liked the games that were in the storage area. Clean garage -- some things that you will want to use (and not junked up like some garages tend to get). We used the grill 2x to grill up some prime beef from the Maritime market. The loft really is only good for kids, but they really enjoyed the way it was laid out up there (good for 2 to sleep comfortably up there in beds). In summary, if you are looking for an affordable and quaint place to stay in BHI, we would recommend Villa 23! (and get the pizza from Delphina. You are welcome!)

Amazing vacation

We just had an amazing 2 week stay at Villa 23! The Villa had everything that we needed and more! Natalie was so responsive with our questions and such a wonderful host. We loved having the BHI club access. The location of the Villa was just perfect and accessible to everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck at night watching the ocean and looking for the alligator in the pond. Our kids LOVED all the games the Villa had and became quite competitive Yahtzee players! The brand new golf cart was a wonderful amenity. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you Natalie and Mike for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Great location of Villa in quiet community

Nice clean Villa in a great location near beach access. BHI is a very quiet community with expansive beaches and scenic areas around the island. Great experience if you & your family can self entertain but if you are looking for night time action similar to OBX & Myrtle then this isn't your island.
