No detail was spared in this professionally decorated studio in Pilot House at Baytowne Wharf! Finding the perfect balance between comfort and style, this well appointed studio ground floor unit features LED lighting, a flat screen television, complimentary wifi, a kitchenette w/ Keurig, and plenty of seating on the huge walk out garden patio. With a top of the line Tempurpedic king bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, this cozy unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

It’s all about location in the Resort, and our studio is located on the ground floor of Pilot House, within walking distance to countless shopping and dining experiences, as well as the many special events happening weekly at the resort. You will love being just steps away from the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex! In addition to the lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area, there is also a full exercise room available to our guests at no charge. Additionally, there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Rather spend the day in the sun and sand? No problem! Enjoy the convenience of the resort tram and hop on for a quick ride to the beach. Our cozy studio at Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

End of school year vacation

Loved the location and size of our room. The Golf and Beach Resort is amazing. Check in and out was easy. The golf cart was a great perk! The golf course is nice. Mini golf was fun. Pool is nice. Lots to do! Easy to relax 10/10!

Property was just as described but under active construction with painting

The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. There was active construction at this condo our entire trip and I wish it was disclosed prior to booking. The painters seemed very irritated when we sat on the patio while they were painting. We booked this last minute on a Wednesday with a Thursday arrival. Property was exactly as described and the golf cart was a plus. I do feel the condo is extremely cramped with the bunk beds. The ladder on the bunk beds is in the way of the bed

Great Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and comfortable. The unit was on the small side but it was perfect for our family of three. The golf cart is very nice and makes getting around easy. Location is awesome and in the middle of everything.

Quiet & Cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet and cozy! Mid February Baytowne is really quiet.Love the location, garage parking and the golf cart was SO nice for exploring Sandestin. The beds were extremely comfortable, we appreciated the little kitchenette area with a keurig, toaster & fridge as well as the little patio area for morning coffee! The unit was clean and perfect for staying a week with my daughter!
