Create special memories with family and friends when you book Splash 603W. Our beach-front home away from home is located on the 6th floor of Splash Resort in Panama City Beach. The tasteful color scheme is all inspired by the colors of beach living. Calming and cheerful blues, soft sea greens, and sandy beiges create a true beachy atmosphere, free from clutter and visual overload that you may find at other beach rentals.

Splash 603W features 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS, *PLUS* a SEPARATE 3-BED BUNK NOOK (NOT in the main hallway) for added privacy, as well as a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. The large PRIMARY KING BEDROOM is tastefully decorated and has its own entrance to the balcony as well as a spacious en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and cable TV.

The second QUEEN BEDROOM also has a large walk-in closet, cable TV and plenty of storage, with the separate main bath located just outside the bedroom door.

As mentioned above, the cheerful BUNK NOOK is tucked around a corner and offers added privacy. The bottom bunk has a PULL-OUT TRUNDLE bed.

A GRACO PACK 'N PLAY for infants and toddlers is located in the master closet. The standard mattress, mattress pad and Graco sheets are provided.

The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN is ideal for preparing a snack for one or dinner for nine! UPDATED appliances, dishes, flatware, pots, pans and utensils make food prep and dinnertime easy and enjoyable – especially with the view of the gulf visible from the kitchen.

Kick back in the OPEN LIVING AREA after a day in the sun and watch your favorite TV show, read a book, or play a game with the kids. WI-FI is FREE for all guests.

Step out onto the 190 sq. ft. BALCONY and enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail and see for yourself why this is called “The Emerald Coast”.

Take in views of the sparkling emerald water, sugar-sand beaches and GORGEOUS SUNSETS that will make you wish you could stay forever! If the timing is right, you’ll spot DOLPHIN and STINGRAY, as well as other sea life passing by throughout the day. There are six patio chairs, cocktail tables and a dining table for conveniently setting out food and drink.

BEACH TOWELS and high quality low-rise BEACH CHAIRS with backpack-style straps for easy transporting are included for you to use during your stay. Additionally, until the end of October, umbrella and lounge chair rental service is available right on the beach, along with Jet-Ski and other water activity rentals. Please see the attendants for prices.

The private, interactive WATERPARK for kids 14 and younger is just an elevator ride away. Tucked under the building on the ground level, it is right next to the family pool, jacuzzi and beach.

Housekeeping service is not available, but feel free to use the stacked WASHER & DRYER to replenish clean towels or personal laundry.

ADDED EXTRAS YOU WON'T GET ELSEWHERE:

There's nothing worse than having to stop everything and run to the store for soap and toilet paper just after you've made your first cocktail and sat down to watch the sunset! We've been there! So to help you settle in, we supply limited rolls of toilet paper, boxes of tissue, dish and dishwasher soap, sponges, paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags.

A $400 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required and is NOT applied toward rent; however it is fully refunded within (7) days of departure if there is no damage to the premises, and if items or furnishings are not taken.

At the Splash Resort there is an additional one-time $25 registration fee that covers your entire group and includes wristbands and parking passes.

All guests will need to execute a standard rental agreement for this condo, which is transacted between the owners and renters directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a full refund, a written notice must be e-mailed by Renter(s), and received by Owners, at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled start of the rental period.

However, cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made by Renter(s) within the above-described sixty day (60) period will result in the Renter(s) forfeiting to the Owners the Rental Fee and Housekeeping Fee portions of the TOTAL COST (but not of the Sales Tax and Damage Deposit). The only exception to this is if the Owners are successful in renting the Property out over the same Rental Period to different Renters for the same TOTAL COST.

Renters can protect themselves against loss, including from a cancellation of the rental of the Property, acts of God, and/or the like by purchasing travel insurance covering the rental. We recommend that renters surf the the internet for information on many companies that provide travel insurance, offering a variety of insurance services.

As of this writing, Guests can purchase "Cancel for any Reason" travel insurance through SquareMouth at www.squaremouth.com/22609. Contact them for more information and updates.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to stringent cleaning guidelines surrounding the Governor’s order for short-term rentals, check out time has been moved to 8AM. This enables the cleaners to enter before the Saturday morning elevator traffic at 10am, and allows for ample time to complete their various tasks. Additionally, the cleaners are able to leave the condo earlier, which gives guests the opportunity to check in at 2PM and avoid elevator traffic starting at 4pm, which is prime check in time for the resort.

Short-term rental guidelines based on Covid-19 safe practices have been passed down from Florida state and local government authorities. These include the removal of non-essential linens and decorations from rental properties that may cause the spread of the virus. The photos shown here were taken pre-Covid. Some linens and decorative items may have been removed from the condo.

Great experience
This is our third trip to Splash, but first time in this unit. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We love coming to Splash because of the amenities and beautiful beach. If you have young children, this is the place for you! Regina contacted me and gave me her number so I could easily message her if need be. She checked in occasionally and we appreciated her hospitality. If you haven’t been to Splash, it’s worth noting that the elevators are a pain. There just aren’t enough and you might have to wait, especially on check-in/out days. Since we already knew about this, we weren’t upset, just timed our activities knowing we may or may not be waiting for the elevator.

The condo was exactly how it was listed. Regina was an awesome communicator. With this unit being on the 6th floor, it minimized the wait time for elevators. It is a great location, we loved our time!

Plenty of room for a family of 6
The property was well laid out. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The inclusion of beach chairs and beach toys were great. There was an issue with one of the sliding doors not closing and sealing correctly. One message to Regina and it was fixed the next day. Communication with Regina was flawless. Definitely plan on staying here again. Thanks for a great week!

A LITTLE ABOUT THE OWNERS:

Hi there! I'm Regina, and my husband Ernie and I want to thank you for taking a look at our condo.

We're originally from NY and CA respectively, and have lived in GA for 22 years. Our daughter attended college at Kennesaw State University and is currently working in the fitness industry.

I grew up on Long Island, NY, and attended the State University of New York at Farmingdale (now Farmingdale State College). Ernie was raised in Los Angeles and attended UCLA for after enlisting and completing two years duty in The United States Navy.

I work at North Point Ministries and serve at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA. Ernie works out of the home doing tech-y cloud stuff (that's a term, isn't it?). We love our beach home and hope you'll come experience the Emerald Coast, too!

Having both been raised near seashores, we just about have salt water coursing through our veins. We'd lived in central GA for 16 years and longed to be able to sink our toes in the sand at whim. It was a natural choice to purchase a beach getaway, but we weren't sure just where. The waters and beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast made the decision very easy. We hope you enjoy our little piece of the beach!

When we were looking at property here in Panama City Beach, the task seemed daunting. We looked at so many places that all seemed very similar. Then our friends told us about the resort where they purchased a condo - SPLASH - and invited us to come and see how special it is.

Unlike any other resort in Panama City Beach, SPLASH caters to all group dynamics. FAMILIES with kids of all ages enjoy being able to take a simple elevator ride down to the private WATER PARK, LAZY RIVER and KIDDIE SPLASH PAD.

GIRLS/GUYS WEEKENDS are popular at SPLASH because of the amenities and location. Splash is about 8 minutes west of Pier Park, and 12 minutes east of 30A, so it's central to all the attractions the area has to offer. The location has something for everyone; from beautiful golf courses, fine dining, shopping and art galleries, to amusement areas and attractions for all age groups.

Additionally, Splash has become very popular with SNOWBIRDS - folks who rent long term over the fall/winter months because of warmer weather, easy beach access and popular shopping in the area.

This is the only resort in PCB that truly has something for everyone. It's rated in the TOP TEN BEST resorts in PCB because of all it offers.
