The WaterSound confine cares for over 256 acres of pristine land advancing its native ecology while maintaining natural walking paths, sand dune walkovers and recreational facilities. This gated complex is protected by 24/7 security ensuring a safe, friendly and family environment that is exclusive.

The Dunesider pool house features a heated swimming pool, an A/C lounge area with kitchen and generous terraces for sunning & relaxing. WaterSound Beach Community offers three shared heated pool locations, an outdoor fireplace, a state of the art fitness & sauna facility, the Dunesider Grill serving lunch poolside in the summer season and a gourmet cafe that includes a catering service.

Located in the Crescent Keel section of WaterSound Beach the cottage has gabled ceilings throughout providing a rich, open feel with three bedrooms and four full size bathrooms. This property is center to all amenities including the Dunsider Pool & Grill, the main beach entrance, the WaterSound Cafe and Fitness/Sauna center.

Excellent Location

Great house on a quiet street! Perfect porch to drink coffee and hear nature. Beach was never crowded. Golf cart made it so easy to drive to beach and there was cart parking right at the path to walk. One of our best home rentals on 30A!

Our time here has been nothing short of wonderful, and we've truly enjoyed every moment. Your attention to detail and the care you've put into this house is evident in every corner. It's not just a place to stay; it's a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting space. The house's beauty and its perfect location warm our hearts. Amazing Stay

My family and I had the best stay in Watersound. The property is the perfect size for a family of 6. The three bedrooms were well kept and great size. The living room area is perfect to sit back and relax. The ability to be in a gated community with a golf cart was the best. We were able to be from the cottage to the beach in two minutes. There are chairs available to rent and will be setup each day. Beach is no over crowded like areas outside of the community. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay!

We loved this house and the community of watersound. The house was perfect for our family of young kids. Harry was very responsive to any questions I had. The golf cart was also great! You can drive the cart onto the boardwalk and walk steps until you’re on the beach! We won’t stay anywhere else on 30a again and plan to return. Thank you for a great trip!

As California residents many people ask us why Watersound Beach? Well having been to many scenic beaches, Hawaii, Florida and the Caribbean we were simply amazed at what we found one summer when we decided to vacation in Santa Rosa Beach just a few miles away from Watersound Beach. Watersound Beach a new community nestled along Scenic HWY 30A commands a one mile private beachfront surrounded by massive sand dunes..it's simply magnificant. Certainly the best beach on the panhandle and arguably one the best beach settings in the world...it's true! My wife, myself and our kids fully look forward to our frequent trips to Watersound Beach as well as the surrounding area that offers so many fun things to do. It's got such a beach feel and you just can't beat the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Not to mention the great Southern culture and people who live and work in the Florida panhandle!
