ACCOMMODATION
The kitchen offers an excellent range of cupboards with many built-in appliances to include single oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, complimentary granite work surfaces. Well equipped for six guests. Nespresso coffee machine.
An amazing vaulted living room with full height glazed elevations. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating for six and a log burner for those cosy evenings in. The dining area caters for six people. There is a 40” television, Blu-ray DVD player and iPod dock available for guests’ use. Sliding doors to the first floor balcony. There is also a separate study as well as a second floor mezzanine area providing a snug area with door to en-suite shower room. The owners have recently added a first floor balcony to the front of the property taking full advantage of the westerly sunshine.
All of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first of the bedrooms is a twin room, the second and third bedrooms have access to the outside decking area with double en-suites as well as built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor.
OUTSIDE
The first floor balcony offers two tables and six dining chairs with BBQ and boats lovely views over the water. The ground floor deck is a spacious enclosed space by the water and offers an array of lounge style furniture.
Pets - allowed
