This luxury 3-bedroom Raised Ground Floor Apartment (102) is set in a small, intimate Beachside complex of only 35-apartments & has uninterrupted Sea and Beach views. From the Master Bedroom, you can lie in bed and see, hear and smell the Sea, and even at night, with our newly installed Mosquito blinds, you can enjoy that experience … alone!

The views from the Terrace are quite unique. It is as though you are in touching distance of the Beach and the Sea. Nothing in between! The Terrace is completely private - no-one overlooks or can see in. The Master Bedroom (and the Lounge/Dining Area) lead on to the lovely terrace which has Kettal sun-beds, a table and chairs for outdoor eating and a covered area. A Gas BBQ can be provided. There is also a 5-seater Hot Tub on the Terrace as well as steps leading down to the Pool Area (Heated all year round to at least 27c - if the Sun is not sufficient - only really August) and Garden area where there are also lots of sun-loungers (and umbrellas) which mean that you can sun-bathe towards the sun at any time of the day.
Our new keyless Fingerprint access Gate leads to the new Paseo and the wonderful, wide, Sandy beach beyond a strip of grass that is perfect for holiday ball games. The sea is wonderful in summer, and, for those brave enough, also out of season! If you are not brave enough pop back through the gate, rinse off any sand, and swim in the lovely nearly 20 metre pool which is ideal for lengths and playing. There is a shallow end with easy steps for the old and young alike.

The generously proportioned and tastefully decorated Bedrooms have very comfortable Beds (praised by Vanity Fair magazine) with luxurious linen and pillows. All the bedrooms have electronic shutters - so set the alarm if you want to wake up early!
The Master Bedroom is a double with en-suite marble Bathroom (Jacuzzi Bath, powerful Walk-in Shower, Toilet and double sinks) and the other two bedrooms can be configured as singles or Doubles. These two bedrooms share a Bathroom with a Toilet and Shower. There is also an additional Guest WC. All bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a Z-Bed or a Cot.

Also used as Corporate Retreats, they have very fast Fibre Optic and high Bandwidth. You can play Radio or Music (or do anything else you fancy!) through Amazon Alexa, (using an Amazon Music Account that we provide you with) in each Bedroom, Lounge, Kitchen and even on the Terrace. You can even use it for communication between rooms.

The Lounge / Diner (53.9sq m) makes for the perfect family space and boasts a 55" TV with Sound Bar (and a Playstation PS4) and a 40" TV in the Master Bedroom - both with full international iPTV channels, sports (every Premier League Match), thousands of movies and box sets and PIN Protected Adult Channels; Netflix, Prime and more. Both of the other Bedrooms also have TVs with Terrestrial TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
There is a lovely dining area with a 6-seater Glass Table.

The well-appointed, marble Kitchen (10.2 sqm) is perfectly equipped so if you want to knock up a simple or gourmet meal, you have everything you need - and if there is something missing, please do not hesitate to ask and our Housekeeping team will try and find it for you. It has a full set of Siemens Appliances (including a "waist-height" dishwasher - so you do not even have to bend!). It even has a Filtered-water tap. Crockery, cutlery, pans, dishes are all of the highest El Corte Ingles quality. if you would prefer someone to come in and cook for you, we can arrange that - from basic culinary needs to a top chef or anything in between. All the appliances are of the highest quality in order to make everything easy for you. The fridge part of the fridge freezer can be a little small, so we have added a Drinks Cooler to ensure that you have plenty of space.
There is a Nespresso as standard and other Coffee Machines are available. Whatever else you want - let us know and we will do our best to oblige. Waffle-maker anyone?

Very effective Air-Conditioning and Heating Systems covering all Bedrooms and the Lounge / Dining Area. For the sake of the planet and the electricity bills, please keep the Patio doors closed if the aircon is on!

Well built, modern and fully equipped, the rooms are generously proportioned with high useable space measurements. All the bedrooms (and lounge) have European and UK multi-block power adapters as standard, including USB charger points. They all have TV and Sound systems with access to a wide range of viewing delights. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe space and plenty of Wooden hangers (feel free to ask for more if needed). The beds have luxurious Egyptian Cotton Sheets and plenty of Pillows (hypo-allergenic pillows available on request). The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ample mirrors and including a full length mirror on the inside of the Cupboard door. There is also a hotel-type safe in the master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom is 21.2 sq metres with a very large, comfortable King Sized double bed, bed-side tables and lights. There is an en-suite marble bathroom of 9 sq metres which has a fabulous Jacuzzi bath (with shower hose) as well as a large walk-in shower which is very powerful. There is a toilet and a double sink. You will find luxurious fluffy towels on the heated towel rail and a Hair Dryer in the drawer.

The Second and Third Bedrooms (16 sq m and 15 sq m respectively) can either be laid out with King Size Double Beds or Single Beds. Each of these Bedrooms has a TV on the wall and a Vita Audio, Alexa and Amazon Enabled, sound system. These two bedrooms share a Bathroom (4.9 sqm) which has the same powerful walk-in shower as the Master Bathroom and a Toilet and Sink - and heated towel rail. There is also a separate Guest WC (3sq m) - making 3 toilets in all.

All bedrooms can have a Cot or a Z-Bed added.

In a separate Utility room (3.5sqm) is a Washing Machine, Drier, Iron and Ironing Board, but if you prefer looking at it than using it on holiday, please remember that our Housekeepers are very happy to use them for you! We also provide plenty of Cleaning materials and equipment, but again, you do not need to use them - you are on holiday! -our friendly and discreet housekeepers are happy to offer you a bespoke service.

Heaven Beach is an Oasis. Over 60% of our Guests are returners - many coming back several times a year for many years. We also have facilities to leave your belongings with us between trips. It has an unspoilt peace and tranquillity that is rare to find anywhere in Europe. CCTV and 24/7 manned security give you complete peace of mind. There are several Restaurants and Beach Bars within walking distance to the East and West down the Beach - with good taxi options back if you sample too much of their Sangria (!) With the new PASEO – you can now reach any that you fancy. We are also 500 m from the main A7 Coastal Road. Near enough to reach, but far enough not to hear! For the energetic, running in either direction on the Beach is (apparently) a joy, and the Complex has a fully equipped Gym with Table Tennis Table and Saunas.

You are only 8 minutes from the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus and the charm of Marbella Old Town beyond, 8 minutes from the up and coming "Garden of Spain", Estepona, and the quaint village of Cancelada (3 minutes), the recently redesigned San Pedro (5 minutes); the culinary delights of the typical Spanish mountain village of Benahavis and a little further afield, Caseres, Ronda and many more Andalucian delights. Central to everything; too many restaurants to list catering for all palates and budgets and diets - including plenty of Take-Away and Delivery options. The area is famed for its golf courses, with over 60 to choose from amongst San Roque, Sotogrande, Valderama and local Los Flamingos, m Villa Padierna, El Paraiso, Atalya & Montemayor. If you play Tennis or Paddel … Bel Air Tennis Club with great coaches that we can vouch for - court and racquet hire and Villa Padierna - both within 5 mins. There are lots of diversions for Children (of all ages - even adult ones!) - including play centres, Go Karting; Water Sports and Adventure climbing in the sea; Dolphin spotting trips…. The list is endless and we are very happy to point you in the right direction or make reservations

Excellent property at a very good location with heated pool
We stayed at this property the last week of Oktober. Due to this more off-season stay, we specifically looked for a place with a heated pool which was very difficult to find around Malaga. The owners guaranteed us that the pool was always +/- 29°C ... and it actually was! We were extremely lucky with the weather and have been able to swim every day in the pool. It was really amazing. On top of this, the location was just excellent. Just a few meters from the beach, with easy access through a private gate. Not too far from Estepona & San Pedro de Alcantara, which both have lot's of excellent restaurants. It's close to the main road, but just far enough so you don't have any noise from it. In the evening you can just enjoy the sounds of the sea from the terrace. The facilities are great: fitness with ping pong table, jacuzzi on the terrace, 4 TV's, playstation, Roku's for streaming movies. We were even allowed to use the canoe (for free) from the propery manager for a ride on the sea, which we really enjoyed. Communication with the owner (Maya) was excellent. Whenever we had a request, it was taken care of within the hour. Before arrival, she also provided us with a long-list of restaurants & thing to do in the surrounding area. This was really great & helped us a lot. The restaurants she recommended were excellent (notably Fons & Wild, which were our favourites). The propery was clean, check-in went very quick thanks to the security at the gate which handed over the keys within 5 minutes. Overall, I absolutely recommend this property, especially for those looking for a beachfront appartment with heated pool. It doens't come cheap, but given the value you get, it's correctly priced.

Stunning apartment, exactly as described, excellent communication before & upon arrival!
Me & 5 friends stayed in apartment 102 for 3 nights in April for a girls holiday. The apartment was stunning & everybody was so impressed. The view from the apartment was amazing, right on the beach, the hot tub was such a treat & the outdoor heated pool was an added bonus! We had a BBQ outside on our terrace while jumping in & out of the hot tub. There was a small supermarket within walking distance but we got a taxi to Lidl for a big shop which was only 5 minutes away. We also went into Puerto Banus a few times which was about 10 minutes / €20 Euro’s in a taxi. As we only had 3 days we didn’t get chance to explore everywhere but the area was beautiful. I also must say Maya was extremely helpful, from the weeks leading up to our trip she was on hand to provide recommendations for places to go & things to do & also sending over useful information / instructions for whilst we were away. Maya was available on the phone while we were there if we needed anything at all & we were greeted by her staff upon arrival & received a warm welcome. Everybody who stayed was so impressed with the apartment & all hope to return one day soon!

After we bought Apartment 405 at Heaven Beach everything about it was wonderful. Then, because we love having family and friends … in a different apartment (!), we bought a second apartment. Then, loving it so much, we bought another 9! Since then, we have welcomed and met many lovely people from all over the world, and in almost every case, the apartments are lovingly looked after – maybe because they want to come back!
The economy of scale helps us to provide a flexible service that would be impossible otherwise. Regular Guests find that we usually have something available – not necessarily the same apartment, but having stayed in most of them, I can vouch for the fact that they are all beautiful. We still go every holiday we can, to whichever apartment has availability (!) and Heaven has still not lost any of its charm for us, our (now) 15 year old, who has pretty much grown up there, and the many many families and friends for whom Heaven Beach is now a second home.
It is not just about the location, which is second to none, or the intimacy of a small complex instead of a concrete jungle rabbit warren, or the distance from the road and the closeness to the sea, or the lightness and brightness of the outlook; the luxury of the décor, the beds, the sheets, the fittings and the facilities. Heaven Beach has a peace and tranquillity that is hard to find or define. Above all, it is the Guests that add the crucial ingredient… no stag or hen parties, nothing inappropriate to the season, and a truly international mix of charming Guests of often different ages and demographics with one thing in common, they all want to enjoy the respite of Heaven, the local delights of the Marbella and Estepona areas and the cultural and culinary pleasures of Andalucía. I am pleased to say that after visiting Heaven most Guests have something else in common; they can’t wait to return!
Now the Paseo and Water Sports and a Fingerprint access gate to the beach – even better!

A small, mostly Owner Occupied Complex with a mix of nationalities, makes for a very peaceful atmosphere off season and a really friendly, calm, family experience during the Summer. 24/7 + security. Safe. Secure.

Many regular Guests use our Home From Home or Extended Stay Options. With 10 apartments on the same complex, we offer a full time Housekeeping and maintenance team who will attend to your every need. If anything is not perfect, please tell us and we will do our very best to make it so... immediately.

Heaven has an incredible energy - peaceful and quiet. Whilst the children are playing in the fabulous pool or the sandy beach and the sea, the parents can inhale the fresh sea air and recover from the hurly burly of day to day life. Where better to spend quality time with the children, watching from your terrace whilst they play in the pool, or, splash in the Terrace Hot Tub.... and actually, because the Heated Pool is genuinely heated all year round, parents do not have to pretend they are having fun in the pool whilst freezing - they can actually HAVE fun.... and when the kids are tucked up in bed, what better than to enjoy the sounds, smells and sights of the sea with a glass (or Jug) of Sangria on the Terrace or the Hot Tub, or, off-season, how about a Netflix and Chill (ouch - did I really say that!?) in the lounge or in bed, with the Patio doors open and the mosquito nets closed!

Don't forget to luxuriate in the Jacuzzi Bath (candles provided - rose petals available on request!) or enjoy the wonderful, large powerful showers.

And, in the morning.... let the kids watch Netflix in their bedroom, and leave you sleeping - something that will be made even easier by the fabulous shutters.
