Located in the back right of the house is the kitchen, equipped with anything you should need to cook or bake. Just behind the kitchen is the laundry/sun room that exits into the back yard. The laundry room has both a washer and a dryer and ample room for storage. The back yard has a nice flagstone patio. There is an old shed in the back as well, but is not included in the rental. Front porch has chairs and side table for you to relax and enjoy.
