The main floor is open with the living room, dinning area and kitchen all within sight. There is a wall mounted TV offering several cable channels. WiFi is also available for keeping up with any business or social contacts. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an electric oven and range with a wall mounted microwave, large side by side refrigerator and dishwasher. There is plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, seats up to 4. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools. In addition the kitchen has access to a small balcony through a sliding glass door for easy access with a view of the ocean.
The property sleeps up to 12 guests between 3 bedroom. Located on the 2nd floor is where you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom with a ensuite bathroom The master suite has a king-sized bed and a twin futon. The 2nd bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen size bed and full size futon. There is a full size bathroom adjacent to this bedroom. It is also located next to the main entrance as well as the garage entrance. This is convenient when entering the house from the beach. The 3rd bedroom is located on the third floor loft. There is a full size bed and 2 full size futons. You will also find a full size ensuite bathroom. The garage has some storage space as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. An outside shower with hot and cold water is located at the side of the garage. The garage will accommodate a full size SUV and a small compact car. There is additional street parking in front of the property as well as the main blvd. There is also a parking lot within a 5 minute walk located off of Santa Clara Place with some overnight parking.
The crème de la crème is a walk out roof top deck from the third floor loft with a panoramic view of the ocean, bay and downtown. It’s an excellent way to relax during the day and enjoy the sunshine and at night view the stars and moon along with occasional fireworks at Sea World.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!
