In the attic there is a comfortable semi-double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and there is a large green space in the middle of the complex.
The house is five minutes on foot from the beach (Blue Flag with lifeguard) and the pedestrian street with the beach bars, the cafes and the fish taverns. It is 190 m. away from the closest mini-market and 300 m. away from the super-market. Kasssandreia Health Center, as well as doctors’ offices and pharmacies, can be found at a 5 km distance. Kallithea, known for its nightclubs and as a place for evening strolls, is 8 km away. The thermal spa of Agia Paraskevi, in the seaside village of Loutra, in Kassandra, Chalkidiki, is located at a distance of 28 km. Finally, the big amphitheater of Siviri is home to the Art Festival of Kassandra, which takes place every year.
