Casa Noriana A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps three people. Casa Noriana apartments are part of an ancient villa located on the gentle hills of Macerata with an enchanting view of the Sibillini Mountains.


The villa is quake proof and is divided into 7 apartments: Casa Noriana A, B, C and E on the upper floor, Casa Noriana D and F located on the ground floor + the apartment where the owners live.


The villa can accommodate up to 28 people. You will share a beautiful swimming pool and a large garden where there is also a characteristic pond.


Next to the villa, and part of the same complex, you will find a small campsite equipped with pitches for tents, for those who love natural holidays, and the possibility of sleeping under a starry sky in a panoramic tent.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside and of the mountains. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the mountains. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a chair bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
