The Dunes is a three floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large extended family or two families sharing a holiday.


The Dunes is a three-floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large extended family or two families sharing a holiday.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor, with the first floor in between being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. The Dunes offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable.

Due to its central location, The Dunes will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is also just a five-minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

Outside the property you'll find a patio garden at the rear, on two levels, with steps between levels. Paved on the lower level and lawned on the higher level providing the perfect spot to sit and sunbathe.

Amenities: Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, under-counter fridge and separate freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven.
TV, DVD, WiFi. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - Guests must provide their own beach towels. One well behaved pet welcome. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Fuel and Power inc in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Patio garden at the rear, on two levels with steps between levels with table, chairs and BBQ, a garden shed for storing wet-suits and beach gear. Sorry, no smoking. Permit parking for 1 car in a village hall car park, one permit is provided available between 1st April - 30th September. Note: This property does not allow less than 7 night bookings. Note: Check in is from 4pm. Note: There is a £40 charge per pet. Note: Sorry, no hen, stag parties or similar. Note:There are some building works going on nearby, some associated noise may be heard. Note: The property is not to be booked for accommodation for work/business in the area.


Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
