The apartment is part of a beautiful courtyard development carefully designed for holiday use, with its own attractive large swimming pool in the centre, exclusive to occupants of the apartments. The apartment has also a lovely shaded terrace supplied with dining table and six chairs and two deck chairs in the front garden. No pets, no smoking inside.


The apartment is located near the front of the La Cinuelica complex which is a few minutes walk from the main N332, the main road which runs from Alicante in the north, to Cartagena in the south. The closest town, Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive along this road, or there are plenty of local buses. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish sea side town with lovely beaches, a large marina / port, many cafes, bars, restaurants and famous street markets. There are five large supermarkets, numerous banks, shops and many friendly pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There are several beaches within a 15-20 minute walk or other beaches just a short drive from the house. The nearest beaches are Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia.
