Dominion Beach, com seu clima maravilhoso e mais de 300 dias de sol por ano, é o lugar para passar as suas férias se é ser alta temporada ou um fora da pré-temporada há uma abundância de campos de golfe nas proximidades, lugares interessantes para visitar e muitos restaurantes e bares para freqüente. O apartamento tem banda larga de fibra óptica de alta velocidade e o resto do desenvolvimento tem WIFI.

It was the first time we have been at the Costa del Sol and found this condominium through this website.
The bottom line was - we had a great time and it is a great place!
The parking garage is not the biggest, so you may prefer a smaller rental car and not a huge SUV or a station wagon. There is a great restaurant in the Dominium Beach complex with good food, the garden looks great and the pool is fine - the beach was not to sandy and we would recommend beach shoes.
Bathrooms, beds, kitchen and the lounge have been very clean and in a very good condition. For me the bed was to hard, but that is just my point of view, others in our group loved the hard mattress. The internet only worked in the lounge or outside, so if you have to work make sure the weather is good during your stay.
Outside there is a terrace on the same level which is nice to eat and have a drink, you will find a roof terrace via a small outside stair as well. This one is pretty big and has nice views.
This was our third year to stay at Dominion Beach but my first time to use this apartment and it is just as described by the owner. The apartment is very spacious well maintained and really well fitted out even down to shopping bags to take to the local supermarket.The added bonus of Wi Fi and Sky Sports ensured teenage son was happy. The roof terrace is really spacious and a nice place to watch the sun go down. We arrived to a spotless apartment and Sarah's information book in the apartment and directions from the airport are really good for first time visitors. The booking process with Sarah was very easy and nothing was a problem or to much trouble. The apartment complex has a really nice pool area with plenty of sun beds and when it got to hot at the pool we just walked out the gate onto the beach which again has plenty of sun beds and there is no charge for using them. No visit to the beach or complex would be complete without a chat with Paul who seems to spent his day on a surf board and is very willing to teach anybody how to use it. There is also a very good restuarant in the complex with wonderful views of Gib. from its terrace and again nothing was to much trouble for the staff.
The complex is about ten minutes drive from Estepona with is wonderful prom and many fine restuarants. There is also a really nice Marina at the end of the prom with lots of good restaurants and bars. Our favourite restuarants were Robbies or la Pampa for a special night out. For a cheaper restaurants we liked El Rincon a nice Italian just off the sea front,The Sur steakhouse,la Escollera in the port for fish cheap and cheerful but only cooks fish a bit more upmarket for fish is El Pescodor on the sea front. There are so many good restaurtants and tapas bars its really hard to go wrong. There is a really nice buzz in Estepona town at night with lots of small squares to sit in and watch the world go by every square seems to have an ice cream parlor. I really liked the exploring the narrow streets each street decked with wonderful flowers in different coloured pots .if you are in San Pedro try the Passion Cafe beside McDonalds they do a really good two course special for 15euro and there cakes are to die for. We really enjoyed our stay in Dominion Beach and this apartment did not disapoint us in any way. If you are looking for English pubs and late night bars Estepona is not the place for you but you are only 15 minutes from the night life of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
We stayed here with 4 kids in summer 2012 and had a great holiday. The flat is as in the pictures and is extremely comfortable and the owners and managing agent are very easy to deal with. The living space is good, and outdoor space is excellent. The electric awning over the table is great Master bedroom is large, the 2 remaining are smaller but still adequate. Ducted air conditioning is efficient and quiet.
The resort is also very good and very upmarket. The gardens are beautiful and there is an army of gardeners working there every day. The beachfront pool was a bit busy and deck chairs would be file by around 10am due to it being high season so we settled on the garden pool which is quieter. By the time we left on the 30th August both pools were pretty quiet. Apart from the beachfront pool the resort is pretty quiet even in high season.
Only negative was that the beach is a bit stony and so our kids were not so keen on it, but that is the case with much of the beaches in the area. Apparently they do pump sand in occasionally but if you expect perfectly sandy beaches it might be worth checking.
We would happily come back here but we now have a 5th child and need a 4th bedroom.
We have good memories of this flat and anyone staying here will be satisfied.
This is the second time i have booked this apartment, & i have already booked for another week in September. The apartment is perfect for up to 6 people, & is very comfortable & has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The balconies & roof terrace are a real feature. Recommended.
Apartment is as described and completely met our expectations - no complaints at all. We were 3 couples, so having 3 bathrooms is a definite plus point, and there is plenty of room to socialise together or find a quiet corner if you want to. Pool area is fantastic, and the beach bar is another bonus. Within a half hour drive of some fantastic golf courses - Finca Cortesin & La Reserva are definitely worth the extra euros. Very close to Estepona which we didn't explore enough. The Carrefour at Estepona is 5 minutes away, huge, and ridiculously cheap - make the effort to shop there rather than any of the smaller supermarkets. Real highlight for us was the huge roof terrace which allowed us to enjoy the evening sun late into the evening.
Would definitely return to this apartment, and would highly recommend to others.
We have sometimes been very disappointed with reality of what you have booked versus what the website promises. Not in this case. In fact the pictures don't do justice to this apartment. We spent a glorious two weeks there over the Xmas period and were very sad to leave. Right from the get go it was a very pleasant experience with Sarah being most helpful with every small question we threw at her. The instructions on getting to the apartment were clear and the accompanying information was also very useful.
The complex is very secure and has the most fantastic pool complex right on the beach. Secure gates can be used by residents to get out onto the beach itself and there are pleasant walks in both directions.
The apartment itself is extremely well furnished and the extra TV in the bedroom definitley cami handy for the usual sport v Downton type xmas conflicts. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a comprehensive range of cutlery and glassware. The real 'stars' of this apartment however are the outside patios and roof terrace. We spent may happy hours soaking up the sunshine on the large lounge patio.
We would certainly love to return to this apartment again, in summer next time so we can use the roof terrace to full advantage in the evenings because it looked stunning up there, and would recommend it to anybody without any hesitation at all.

A Welcome Pack containing milk, eggs, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, soap, toilet rolls and a bottle of water can be arranged at an additional charge of £20.00 For stays of 2 weeks or more the price includes a 3 hour clean and change of linen and towels at the end of each week.
A 25% non returnable deposit is required at time of booking. A Security deposit of £250 (€300) is required with the final balance 8 weeks before your stay to cover breakages, loss of keys, loss of garage remote controls and additional laundry charges- to be returned at end of stay providing there is no loss, damage or laundry in addition to the normal sheets & towels.
