House completely renovated in 2011 with a nice decoration. It consists of a spacious living room with access to the terrace and the garden, a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. From the kitchen you can access a beautiful Andalusian patio where you can have breakfast or lunch. The rooms are tastefully decorated consist of the necessary bedding. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace that has an outdoor sofa area and another dining area. Adjacent to the terrace is the private, widely sunny garden. The marble floors inside and the traditional mud on the terraces maintain a feeling of constant freshness.

The house is cool even in the hottest periods of the year thanks to its proximity to the beach and to be elevated that allows you to enjoy the sea breeze, making the nights cool and some clothing that protects us from it is necessary.

Common Areas: The common areas of the urbanization are large tropical gardens with everything you need to enjoy, swimming pool simulating a large lake, children's pool, waterfall, playground, 2 paddle tennis courts, social club with lounge closed and restaurant with terrace in summer and 24 hour surveillance. The house is located 200 meters from the beach which is accessed from a door just next to the private garden.
