Equipped beaches and swimming pool:

Inside the structure there is a swimming pool, while the free beach is only 100 meters away. At the same distance you can find several equipped beaches, among which we particularly recommend the "Maracaibo Beach Club" and "Luigi on the Beach".

Sports activities

At guests' disposal there are a tennis court and a bowling alley. A short distance away there is also the sports center from Micos, which has two tennis courts and two soccer fields.

Shopping and pharmacy

In the vicinity of the structure there are two supermarkets, Con Te just 50 meters away, while at about one and a half kilometers there is a Margherita supermarket.
The closest Pharmacy is the Romio Pharmacy, located in Via della Libertà 83, Calopezzati (CS). For emergencies there is a pharmaceutical dispensary, just 50 meters from the structure.

STUDIO FLAT :
A single room of about 15/17 square meters with all the comforts, up to three beds with a bunk sofa bed.
The studio type is available on the first or second floor.
It consists of: living room, kitchenette complete with electric hobs and microwave oven, sink, accessories, table and chairs, refrigerator (freezer not available), private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, TV and free wifi only in the common areas.

The three-room apartment is available on the second floor and is distributed on two levels: on the lower floor there are a double bedroom, a kitchenette with a 4-burner kitchen complete with hood, sink with dishes, microwave, table and chairs, fridge and freezer , living room with bunk sofa bed (3 beds) and bathroom with shower; on the upper floor there are the second double bedroom and the bathroom (without shower).
