If you are dreaming of an oceanfront home, you cannot get closer than this lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath reverse living contemporary uniquely located to deliver unobstructed views as far as the eye can see. A newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable furniture mixed with beautiful antiques make the interior of this home as inviting as the outside.
Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on one of the other 4 decks while gazing at the glorious sunrise on the horizon. Later, walk out the front door to the daily manicured beautiful beach; 10 beach tags are available for your use. When it's time for lunch, just leave your beach chairs and walk right back to the house--no need to lug coolers. Two outdoor showers are off the outdoor patio for your convenience.
After your day on the beach, relax on the lounge chairs up on the sky deck with views of the sunset on the bay. Dinner can be a family affair enjoyed on the outdoor patio while watching the surfers as your dinner cooks on the grill. Or, take a break from cooking at one of the many great restaurants on Long Beach Island. Beach Haven, a short drive away, offers day and night action for the whole family: Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Water Park, Museum of Maritime History, Surflight Theater, or just browsing the unique shops and specialty stores. On rainy days, the St. Francis Community Center a few blocks from the house offers an indoor swimming pool to keep the kids busy.
At day's end, watch the awesome spectacle of shooting stars and meteor showers, then retreat to one of the four bedrooms and fall asleep reading your favorite book while listening to the gentle sound of the surf.
While our house sleeps eleven, it is most comfortable for parties of eight or fewer. It is not available for prom parties or groups of unsupervised minors.

Beach replenishment is ongoing on Long Beach Island . Before booking, please check the schedule on the Army corp of Engineers' website as the work might affect your stay.

Toes in the sand

We had a wonderful time just steps from the beach. The house was as described and just what we were looking for in a beach vacation. Lila was fantastic. We'd go back again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views, spacious home

Our family enjoyed this home, great views, easy access to the beach. The roof patio was a hit. Be aware that there are a number of stairs (living area and kitchen at the top), but there is plenty of space for the family to spread out. My only grip was the beds, particularly the bed in the master…that mattress has see better days. Be mindful as a POC, spoke to some people that wouldn’t speak back.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My sisters, daughter and I stayed at this home 9/24/22 to 10/2/22. What a lovely home this is. It was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The house is airy, with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, and an open kitchen, dining and living room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The third-floor deck has amazing views of the ocean! The kitchen is also well-stocked for cooking, which is a plus when you want to eat in. We were right next to the walkway to the beach which was so convenient, and close to shops and restaurants. Lila quickly answered any inquiry we had and was so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this home.

Excellent Stay / Excellent Property

My family and I just returned from a stay at Lila's oceanfront property and it was fantastic. While the views from inside the home are great, they are even better from the rooftop deck which includes new lounge chairs and full size dining table and chairs. The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen well-stocked and provides space for both family time and private time when needed. Beach access is directly adjacent to the home making it convenient to come and go. Lila is attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and will be back.

We purchased this property in 2016. The location of the house makes for breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. Over the past two years, we have updated the kitchen, the furniture and all bathrooms including an outdoor one so that every square inch of this lovely house is now beautiful inside and out!
