Cooking essentials such as a double toaster, a knife set, and other kitchen basics are all at your culinary disposal.

When the aroma of a home-cooked meal brings your family near, serve your entrée at the glass-top dining room table. The table is lined with six, colorful cushioned chairs that add a playful pop to the room. Once the dishes are cleared, utilize this space for a family game night and fill the table with board games and cards.

In between your dips in the pool and walks on the beach, take the time to rest in the comfortably furnished living room. Two patterned armchairs and a red pull-out couch provide plush seating for you and yours to curl up and relax. Don't stress over what to watch, the large flat-screen TV is complete with cable and a Blu-Ray player so that you can enjoy all your favorite movies and shows.

Grab a book from the TV console and spend the remainder of the evening reading on the brick-paver patio to the sounds of crashing waves. As the condo is located only 25 steps from the pool and 100 steps from the beach, you'll feel as if the best things in the world were right in your backyard! A beach lounger and four armchairs are provided so that the entire family can come out and enjoy the warm Florida weather together.

When it's time to rest from your day of fun, retreat to the master bedroom for a luxurious 8-hours rest. The master suite is arrayed in soft tones coming from the blue-gray walls and neutral bedding on the king bed. Fall asleep to the sounds of your favorite show on the bedroom's large flat-screen TV. The adjoining master bathroom has just been gorgeously renovated and boasts of a custom-tiled, walk-in shower, a modern vanity, and plenty of soft bath linens.

While you enjoy the luxuries of the master bedroom, your kids will love their stay in the guest bedroom. Bright blue tones and the two twin beds create a youthful feeling within the room. Both a dresser and closet are provided as well as a flat-screen TV for your kids to watch morning cartoons on. The guest bathroom has a standard bathtub with beautifully marbled wall-tiling, a granite-top vanity, and plush bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable TV, wireless internet, a Blu-Ray player, and nearby parking for your vehicle.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
