Maryarte is comfortable ocean front house sleeps 14 people, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, the beach has 6 miles beach front on the Pacific ocean, delicious warm waters between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius all year long.
it also has nice swimming pool with deck, a typical Costa Rican open living space, where most of the social life happens, you can see the birds, the whales, iguanas, you really share with nature and enjoy life. Ocean view all over the kitchen, leaving room, bar, swimming pool and dinning room and 3 master bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning.
It is a located in Playa San Miguel also known as Playa Coyote, there are no big hotels mostly beach houses and houses from the friendly locals, you may find friendly Costa Ricans who are always open for a good conversation.

The house is designed for the air to flow free, it has rooms, bathrooms and a living room.

1. You could go looking for clams, (we can give you a great receipe),
2. Fishing in front of the home and the rocks or your could rent a boat very cheap,

4. Surfing Paradise , San Miguel Beach captures South and Southwest swells all year long, it has an easy take out Beach Break in front of the house and a faster Point Break 200 mts away. Famous Coyote Beach is only 5 kms from the house and Camaronal Beach only 10 kms away.

It is the ideal place for a surfing trip with friends, family vacation or a business meeting.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, pool and a 150 square meters bbq area. 3 outdoor showers plus 4 full bathrooms.

Mini market located 7 minutes a way, 20 minutes a way supermarket El Rey in Coyote town and Pueblo Nuevo.

Regarding Doctors during the week there is a clinic open daily
You may find us in goggle maps as Chef Rodolfo Guanacaste.
Located 2.5 hours away from Liberia international airport is a perfect spot for enjoying nature and exploring.
If you wish you we can assist coordinating transportation from airport to house and back.
Each room has air conditiones and black outs to enjoy a good night of sleep, or you can open the windows and enjoy the sound of the ocean..

Great beach vacation!

This was our second time staying at MaryArte. The house is located right on Playa San Miguel, which is a beautiful natural beach (we even saw a sea turtle this time). The house is spacious and clean. Lots of shade and places to relax including the pool area. We love the outdoor kitchen which is well equipped. The host is welcoming and easy to reach. Thank you again for a lovely stay, we can't wait for next year!

Amazing Location

4 adults stayed for 15 days and loved the location....quiet beach, amazing sunsets, private pool! Last hour of drive to get there is very rough so didn’t do as much exploring of other areas as would've like too but still saw lots of local areas and enjoyed local restaurants that had excellent food! Dominga the lady across the road made some delicious meals and we had aother local couple "Stuart Little" the ceiviche guy come to the house and prepare us an amazing lobster pasta meal with ceiviche appy. Pizza Tree pizza is actually one of the best pizzas I have ever had and Restaurante San Miguel had the best sesfood platter and dessets were exquisite! Yes i am a foody and was very hsppy with all thd local choices! Even Rio's in nearby San Francisco de Coyote was great! We were pleasantly surprised to have daily housekeeping services and also daily yard and pool maintenance during our stay. Johanna and her husband Danilo are very hard workers and very friendly. The property manager Roxana was very attentive and quick to respond to snh questions or requests abd even treated us to a meal by Dominga one night. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Beach Property

The property is a great beach front property on a beautiful beach (Playa San Miguel). All of the living area are outdoors which was perfect for our family. It’s even nicer than the pictures. Loved this house.

Heaven

I wanted something that would be more quiet and remote. This home was perfect. Very peaceful/not crowded beach. We loved spending most of our time outside in the gathering area or on the beach. The town of Coyote is 20 minutes away. Not a big town, but you can get essentials for sure and a few really great restaurants. I would stay here and spend more time in a heartbeat. The housekeeper (Anna) was so helpful and lovely! We miss it and will be back!

Best House on the Beach

From the minute we arrived, we were impressed with the house, the layout, the location, the beach, etc. It was a dream come true for a group of family and friends. Ocean views from 3 out of 4 air conditioned rooms. A huge outdoor hangout area with literally every appliance and utensil you can imagine. Adorable pool, especially for kids. Multiple hang out areas. More fridge and freezer space than you could ever need. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Sure, the house has an older more traditional feel, but modern wasn't a priority for us. The house is closer to the beach than any other house we saw along the beach, with greener grass than any other yard, with more swings and hammocks. The wifi worked perfectly which is a bonus in costa rica. The stove and barbecue are very large and provide ample cooking space. The staff that take care of the property were lovely. Our weekend was epic to say the least. Thank you!
