Villa Kissamos lies amidst an olive grove on a luscious hill with an extraordinary view on the gulf of Kissamos.

It is literally a hidden gem around the beauty and tranquility of a uniquely green landscape, only 1.7 km away from the nearest beach which lies in front of Kastelli town.

The villa comprises of two separate floor apartments that are only rented together. Each floor is totally independent with separate entrances and it is the best choice for two families or groups.

The whole building and facilities are high quality throughout and great care can be seen in every detail including Cocomat beddings and hydromassage showers in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The villa can accommodate 10 people in beds.

- Indoor layout (Ground floor) -

Entering the villa on the ground floor (147 sq. m) there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 49" satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped main kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including a wine cooler. Impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows from the living room area with endless views leads you to the outdoor terrace and the pool.

The ground floor has three bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. A bathroom with shower is also found on the same floor.

- Indoor layout (First floor) -

Entering the first floor (110 sq. m) from its own entrance, there is the second open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 49" satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and the second kitchen. The open plan area opens to a spacious veranda with a sitting area offering the magnificent views of the sea and mountain.

Two bedrooms are found on the first floor, one is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other one has 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath on the same floor.

- Outdoor area -

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:?

- 25 sq. m ecological heated swimming pool. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue

- 2 outdoor dining tables

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, sofas and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the gardens around the villa

- Parking space

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.

Villa Kisamos is located in outskirts of Kastelli, also known as Kissamos (or Kasteli of Kissamos. )

Kissamos (Kastelli) is 36km east of Chania and it is a modern seaside town where the travellers can combine the experience of local life and tradition with the peace and quiet that the surrounding area offers, ideal for relaxation.

It is a hospitable town, well organized with all the facilities required for your holiday, such as shops, health centre, supermarkets, stores, banks, post office etc, It also has a beautiful seaside promenade lined with tavernas, cafes and bars open from the morning till late at night. Additionally, the famous old market of Kissamos, will impress you by the traditional arches of the buildings, the small shops and the traditional cafes.

Close to the villa you will find several sandy beaches that you should visit including the nearest organized beach of Kastelli, around 1.7 km away, Mavros Molos, one of the most famous beach. Additionally, one of the advantage of staying in the villa is that you will have easy access to some of the best beaches in Crete and even in the whole Greece which are Balos (15 km), Phalasarna (14.5 km) and Elafonisi (41 km) beaches.
