Seafront apartment, spacious, bright, near the Stella Polare stop and night bus from Piazza Venezia, on the second floor with elevator. Near free beach, supermarkets, bars and services for the person. By train in 35 minutes you get to Porta San Paolo and the center of Rome.
Guests have at their disposal the whole apartment, they will find the fully equipped kitchen, they will be able to enjoy a tea or coffee on the balcony and also want to have dinner or have breakfast enjoying the view of the sea waves, the morning sun and the wonderful sunset from the balcony both from the rooms.
I will meet with the guests at the time of handing over the keys and signing the contract, but in any case I will remain available via telephone and internet for any need. Guests will receive a map of Rome and Ostia, a subway map, a list of daily and night buses to facilitate their movements in the city. If necessary and according to their interests, I provide information on cultural activities or entertainment in progress.
They are available, even before the arrival of guests, to give them all the necessary information on how to reach the structure in the easiest way according to the point where they are.
I update the calendar daily, so the immediate booking is always valid.
Late check-in and check-out are widely tolerated, but always communicated previously.
For check-in from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, a surcharge of € 15.00 must be paid on arrival. For check-in after 21:00 a surcharge of € 40.00 must be paid on arrival.
From 21 April 2018 you pay the tourist tax to the City of Rome for all guests from 10 years of age, in cash on arrival to the extent of € 3.50 per person per night.
