June and July: require a minimum of six nights and are available for check-in on Fridays or Mondays. Weekends in June and July are booked only when they do not present a possible time loss. WHAT WE PROVIDE
Bed linens, mattress pads, pillows, blankets, basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, and toaster.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
All food and drinks, paper goods (paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper), trash bags, towels, washcloths, all personal items, laundry detergent, fabric softener, umbrella or canopy and chairs for the beach, drink koozies, wagon, sunscreen, insect repellent, first aid items charcoal, and lighter fluid.
CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE
The cleaning fee is $200. We do ask that you remove and dispose of all garbage into outside cans. All dishes, pots, and silverware be washed and put up. Do not leave anything in the dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, dryer or washing machine.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
Please limit smoking to the downstairs outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
RESERVATIONS
50% of the rental fee is due within 7 days of the date of booking. If the deposit is not received within seven days of the date of booking, the reservation will be canceled without notice. The remainder of the balance is due within 14 days of your arrival. Failure to make the final payment will result in your reservation being canceled and any monies we received will not be refundable.
Rentals are for family groups only. We do not rent for Proms, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, weddings, receptions, or graduations. Rates are based on sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than the stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of the deposit or cancellation of the reservation with no refunds.
The renter is responsible for all damages caused by renters and/or guests.
CANCELLATIONS
A 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations 14 days prior to stay will receive a 50% refund. Stays less than 14 days will receive no refund.
