Space
The apartment has 3 double rooms, some bigger than others. Two of them with two single beds that can be fixed together, such as a very large double bed or that can be separated and the third room with a trundle bed that can be opened as a double bed or closed as a single bed. In the living room, there is also an extra bed, where a seventh person could sleep.

It is located next to the UAB Autonomous University, the Sabadell Sports Airport and 20 minutes (18 km) from Barcelona.

It is my habitual residence and as I believe in sharing what I have created, during those days or seasons when I am away, I host other people with great pleasure.
When you stay, you can enjoy the whole apartment, but NOT my private room, which remains closed as my private space and it is absolutely forbidden to enter.

Services and common areas
The building has an ELEVATOR and is fully ADAPTED with access RAMPS. It is not a luxurious building, but of hard-working people, but it has contracted cleaning of common areas and telephones for the doorbell with electric intercom.

Attention to guests
The hosts can enter the apartment to collect personal things or use the facilities minimally, if necessary, both me, Yanina and Juan Manuel, my partner, although it is not usual. Guests are always notified respectfully.

Neighborhood overview
Badia del Vallés is a very urban population, a few blocks away, with the particularity that it is located in a heavily wooded area, almost forest, with parks and all streets are free to park for free. A few meters from the apartment, there are 3 supermarkets, a bank area, several bakeries, pharmacies and shops of all kinds. And very close there are two shopping centers. Behind the building is the Sports Center with Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Uva Rays, Gym and various sports courts. It can be accessed without being a member, paying very little.

FROM BARCELONA CITY:
2 ZONE TICKET can be integrated 10 trips TMB, which allows you to change to meters, bus and train or not, as desired. If you are going to use several meters to travel around the city of Barcelona, which only requires 1 ZONE TICKET, buy separately YMB 10 trips 1 zone and TMB 10 trips 2 Zones to go and return to the apartment.

The C-58, in the direction of Sabadell - Terrassa -Manresa. Exit Sabadell Sur / Badia del Vallés. When leaving, follow several roundabouts towards Badia del Vallés, passing near the IKEA shopping center. Arriving at the roundabout with a small sign: "Welcome to Badia", head towards the town center. The apartment is on the street behind the town hall and the church and 50 meters away, in front of the CAP Health Center and Sports Center. You can park freely throughout the town and it's easy.
