Ana, é o nosso melhor anfitriã, a pessoa responsável por entregar a casa em perfeitas condições. Ela vive no complexo, todas as consultas o tempo vai resolver o qualquer dia da semana.
Se solicita un 50% del valor de la reserva. Una vez que se entregan las llaves, se requerirá un deposito de seguridad por 150€ . Se puede contratar servicio de limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas por sólo 50€ (durante toda la estancia, ya sea una semana o un mes).
We have been extremely satisfied. The villa has been even more, we expected before arrival. I mean the location, equipment, plenty of room, nice yard etc. Also the price was more than suitable.
Our holiday has been a success in otherways too. The apartment is great, the beaches exellent and in Fuerteventura there is so much to see.
Rented this house was gd value for money had no problem parking car outside there is limited space ..the house did smell off damp but wasnt to bad ..the house was very clean on arrival and was greeted by the lovely ana ..the house could do with a gd painting as paint is pealing off walls ..had almost everything u need to enjoy your stay ..although i did buy a potato masher think this is a brit must have lol ..would defiantly book with these again ..once again ty for a warm welcome ana and a lovely stay x
I write this so you know what to expect as it isn't much like the images in this advertisement. The villa is on a housing estate so you are living amongst the locals (all who were friendly enough) The point is is you will hear everyday noises - dogs, kids playing, your adjoining neighbour's night time toilet trips, the bloke opposite spray painting his van right outside the window etc. You cant park your hire car outside property either - be satisfied with somewhere down the road. The accommodation was largely gloomy and smelt damp. It contained a broken mirror, broken wall light fitting, broken garden furniture, rendering missing from internal garden wall, broken wardrobe facia and broken external light sensors (I have the photos). It lacked satellite tv. It lacked a toaster and came with 1 wine glass (both rectified quickly by the friendly Anne-Marie). It lacked quality. Surfaces were largely clean but it wasn't thorough. The mattress didn't have a cover and bedding was ill fitting. The furniture was vastly inferior to those shown on photos. It sounds like a moan but I got on with it but what did disappoint me was it is the first time I have arrived at a Owners Direct place and there wasn't as much as salt and pepper, or a complimentary bottle of water and/or milk in the fridge. (There was soap though) The property is on the edge of Tamarargua. Facilities are a good supermarket and a bar serving decent food cheaply (not Canarian but pizzas, chicken and chips etc). The bar is used largely by ex pats and is no thrills but is friendly enough and shows sport on tv. Both are several hundred yards away and on the edge of an abandoned and derelict shopping centre. It has good bus links to Corralejo and El Cotillo and is served by taxis.

Quant au logement, il est parfait, dans un endroit très silencieux, ce qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances.

Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist sehr schön und umfangreich ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine und DVD-Player. Von den deutschen TV-Sendern funktionierten leider nur 5, was uns aber nicht störte. Leider gibt es kein Radio o.ä. Der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt Corralejo führt entlang einer unschönen Schnellstraße (weder für Wanderer noch Radfahrer zu empfehlen), ist aber mit dem Auto oder auch Bus schnell geschafft. Falls man mal nicht los fahren möchte, lässt es sich auch am Pool gut aushalten. Ana ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle und antwortet umgehend per Whatsapp, wenn man Fragen hat. Da wir kein Navi hatten, war die Wohnung nicht so einfach zu finden, da auch die per Mail gesandten Fotos (Autobahnabfahrt) nicht mehr aktuell waren (da gerade viel gebaut wird). Aber per Anruf bei Ana konnte alles sofort geklärt werden :-)
David's roomy house is just what you need if you are into peace and quiet, privacy and wonderful vistas of nature, where goats sometimes can be seen (without herdsperson, so no privacy issues there). Both the living area (5 x 7 m) and the bedroom offer this view. The house is situated in the corner of Pueblo Canario and literally at the very edge of the desert. So the photos are accurate! The house is perfect for up to two persons, comes fully equipped (e.g. microwave, 2 types of coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, a rather noisy refrigerator, smart TV with satellite dish for Germany, WiFi) and is very clean. It has a small garden with 2 sunbeds, a semi-covered area at the side of the house with a barbecue and dinner table and a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs on the first floor. The living area and the large kitchen are on the ground floor, the bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor. Parking space is in front of the house, on the street.
The swimming-pool is in the middle of the Pueblo Canario residential area, approx. 2 streets away, and is accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Like most pools on the Canary Islands it has no heating, so having booked the house in January I did not use it. Speaking of which: the house has a small mobile heater, because In winter it can be chilly in the mornings and evenings. There is a HiperDino supermarket (500 m) in the Tamaragua area in which Pueblo Canario is situated, and a bar next to it that serves simple but good meals at low prices. Other services, restaurants and shops can be found in Corralejo, which is about 5 km away. Also the wonderful sand dunes of Corralejo Natural Park are very near (2-3 km as the crow flies, but by car/bike more like 7 km). Tamaragua is ideally situated on the road to La Oliva, which is perfect for day trips to the centre of the island or El Cotillo. Would I recommend this house? Certainly! Would I come back? Absolutely!
