Pop open your complementary bottle of wine and indulge in the serene view where you can relax and take in the lush country beauty. This charming quiet retreat is located on expansive acreage, just minutes (5 miles) from historic downtown McMinnville.
The small but well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a two-burner glass cook-top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, traditional drip coffee pot, toaster oven, kitchen tools, and proper stemware for enjoying that special bottle of wine or bubbly.
If you feel like staying on the property, relax and sip your favorite beverage in the Adirondack chairs around the gas fire table, or on the lush green lawn or down by the pond. You could also pack a picnic and enjoy the trails that lead through meadows and forests. If you are a wiz on the grill, spend an evening barbecuing with a charcoal grill on your private patio. Take a stroll to Baker Creek as it runs through the property and is enjoyable to read a book by or dip your toes into when its hot outside.
For some good old fashion fun we have:
• Lawn games including bocce ball and ladder golf
• We also have a gas fire table that can be enjoyed by our guests!
McMinnville is a cozy community known for its outstanding restaurants, boutiques, wine bars, breweries, antique stores and other wonderful shops. The Willamette Valley offers hundreds of wineries to explore and delicious wine and treasures to take home with you. If you ever need recommendations, we are happy to offer suggestions!
Portland is an easy hour drive away as is the Pacific Ocean.
This apartment is a walk-up apartment (17 stairs) and is not ADA accessible.
Laundry facilities are not on site but we have recommended laundry services in town.
