Tem a sua própria piscina com solário, sala de estar exterior coberto e área de jantar ao ar livre. A piscina / área de jardim é fechado para a privacidade completa. O quarto principal tem uma cama king size e abre directamente para a área da piscina. O segundo quarto tem uma cama de casal e solteiro. Há também um sofá-cama. O serviço de limpeza está incluído. Nice property but shame about the water.

Great location and adequate facilities although second bathroom a bit on the small side but we knew this before booking. However we weren't expecting to have to put up with a limited hot/cold water supply for the duration of our 2 week stay or a leaking roof.Having workmen on site on a daily basis,pleasant though they were, was not what we had bargained for. We were informed that other properties had installed water pumps to overcome/prevent possible water problems but unfortunately we had not chosen one of these properties to rent. This experience has put a big question mark over any future villa rentals in Barbados as we have never had to go without water during any of our previous hotel stays of which there have been many.

Resposta do proprietário: Unfortunately the public utilities on Barbados are no where near the standard of European/American, in particular the water company. There are frequent mains breaks and the water pressure can vary from time to time. Nobody has mentioned this in previously good reviews. The water pressure at Beachcomber has never been strong but has been adequate, in common with most surrounding properties. It was noticed by the owner that the pressure had dropped over the Christmas but was still functioning. The matter was raised by this guest and measures were taken to instal a tank and pump to boost the pressure rather than wait for the water co to respond. This work was completed as quickly as possible. With regard to the roof. Barbados had had an unusual amount of heavy rain and downpours in the weeks up to Xmas resulting in major flooding. This exposed some leaks that were repaired. Further heavy rain resulted in a few more small leaks that were attended to as well.

Great location, comfortable and well equipped

The villa was very comfortable and clean and it was very well equipped. Location was very convenient, with fast access to the West coast beaches and immediate access to amenities (petrol station, supermarket and medical centre).

Both the ladies that helps with check-in and check-out (Sarah) and the one that cleans the property (Jacky) were very polite, helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend this property to someone looking for a convenient place to stay.

Beautiful holiday home, everything we needed and more.

The house is beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Jacky (the cleaner) is so friendly and helpful and full of local knowledge and Rodney (the pool man) is also super friendly!

The nearest shops are not even two minutes walk away, with a supermarket, bank, petrol station, and gift shops there is little you wont be able to get hold of. The medical centre is right at the end of the street and the Drs there are very good.

There are lots of fab places to eat right along the main street and almost all of these are directly ON the beach. Less than 5mins away is the beach club which does lovely food at very reasonable prices. They also have great showers next to the pool- handy for when you've finished on the beach and want to go straight to dinner.

The buses are frequent and by far the cheapest way to get around. People are always keen to help if you're not sure where to get off, so don't miss out on the experience!

There is also a van that parks at the end of the street (about 5 doors down from the villa) with local fresh food like chicken, rice n peas, macaroni, breadfruit and plantain- very cheap and really tasty.

The island is absolutely beautiful, the people are friendly and always helpful. We will definitely be coming back soon. Can't recommend it enough 👍❤

Great villa in a superb location

The villa is just as described. The interior is spacious with a well appointed kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. The outside lounge was a great space to lounge about in and the pool was great to cool off in. The location, one block back from the beach was nice and quiet but with all the amenities of Holetown on your doorstep. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to friends and family and will definitely be back.

Comfortable villa, great location and fabulous customer service

We booked the Villa for a last minute holiday and it was a great choice. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and pleasant,private garden with a plunge pool. Very close to a supermarket and a good range of shops and restaurants. Bus stops very close so easy to get around the island (though worth hiring a car for a day or two to go inland). A real bonus was access to the nearby beach club which has a decent pool, sunbeds and direct access to the beach with lovely swimming and some snorkeling opportunities.

Sarah, the Manager, greeted us on arrival and was fantastically helpful with any queries or help we needed. Jackie, the cleaner comes twice a week and does a great job very unobtrusively. A gardener and pool cleaner also come regularly.

Would highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Tranquil Retreat

This villa is in a wonderful location, situated in a residential area, close to the supermarket and a wide range of fabulous restaurants, bars and varied retail outlets. The beach is less than 5 mins walk and the bus route providing inexpensive and regular routes around the island, is a 2 min walk away. The off road secure parking is ideal. Air con was effective and bed very comfortable so we enjoyed quality sleep!

The house has been thoughtfully presented in terms of providing spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. The outdoor living is fabulous with a secluded swimming pool and deck and lovely outdoor patio providing welcome shade. For those wishing to self cater, the kitchen is very well equipped (a new set of non stick pans would be helpful) and the BBQ was certainly well used during our stay! The accommodation was spotless and Jackie, the housekeeper provided mid stay service to change beds, towels etc. Sarah, the local property manager was very helpful and contacted us during our stay to check that we had everything we needed. The swimming pool is regularly maintained although with such an unobtrusive service, we were hardly aware of this being done.

We would certainly recommend this accommodation, particularly to those who don't wish to hire a car. Thanks Steve, we had a fabulous holiday.
