This fabulous upscale condo on the 3rd floor has elevator access! Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The first bedroom offers a king bed. The second bedroom offers a king bed, with a twin over twin bunk bed. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel.

- 1 designated space (with required pass) under covered lot, other vehicle may park in the overflow lot in front of building
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Great location and lovely updated condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo with lots of amenities including grills, a pier, a chilled/heated pool, and lovely spaces to sit and enjoy a view of the channel. The interior is updated and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Coffee pot is only a 4 cup so bring appropriate filters and be prepared to make a few cups if you have more than 2 adults in the condo who drink coffee. Nice size fridge and freezer. would definitely choose again.

Great condo with nice grounds and access to a fishing pier. The pool was chilled rather than heated due to extreme heat this summer. Kitchen is well-appointed with great utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. Coffee drinkers should be prepared that it had a small coffee pot rather than a full-size, so you'll need to make a couple of pots if you have more than one cup or more than 2 coffee drinkers in your party. Also bring extra filters. Dish soap and laundry soap were provided as were basic toiletries. Will definitely choose again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was all that we expected. It was clean and well furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked with all that was needed. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Nice views and being on the elevator a real plus. Everyone really enjoyed the cooled pool and fishing pier. Highly recommend this rental.
