Set in the peaceful Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, bright and attractive villa with secluded garden.

The villa offers a light and airy feel, with a spacious lounge, TV with full UK package including movies and sports channels, also other European channels available and a DVD player. The lounge has air-con with a coin-operated system. The kitchen is set just off the lounge with everything you can expect from a holiday home, including microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and coffee machine, there is a washing machine and dishwasher available for your use also.

There are two cosy bedrooms, the master has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, air-con and ensuite with shower over bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, again fitted wardrobe and air-con. There is a further family bathroom with shower cubicle.

Just off the lounge are patio doors leading to a large sun room with bi-folding doors to open right up onto the patio and poolside, a gorgeous spot that enables you to feel the outdoors whilst relaxing in a shaded area, it has a comfortable seating area too. Out on the patio you will find an outside dining area and sunbeds. The garden feels spacious with a large 8x4.5 meter, electrically heated (in the winter months), pool and high walls surrounding the villa which offer privacy to those not wishing to be overlooked by neighbours.

All in all a great little villa, a perfect spot to relax, un-wind and enjoy the gorgeous all year round Lanzarote sunshine!

wonderfull stay

We had a great stay at Villa Violetta. It was a beautiful villa. Enough living space, great kitchen with every utensil imaginable, 2 bathrooms, private parking. Great wifi, we were able to watch Dutch tv from our laptop with no problems. A/C works on 1 euro coins for 80 mins, but wasn't often needed. A nice addition is the veranda that provides a complete additional room to stay in. Because of this the house has a lot of options regarding how much sun / shade you want when spending time outside. Either sit in one of the reclining chairs at the pool, on the artificial grass, under the sunshades or in the veranda. This was really great for us. The pool was large enough for our two kids (9 and 13) to play in. Water temperature was really nice. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. A 10 minute walk leads you to a small commercial center where there is a supermarket and a few restaurants (PizzBurger was great!). A 10 minute drive leads you to the center of Playa Blanca with 2 nice beaches and a lot of shops and restaurants and a large Hiperdino. Play Blanca, but actually the whole Island is very well organized. Superb roads, everything safe and clean. The only issue we could think of was that one of the single person beds has a mattress that might need replacing soon. For our kids it wasn't an issues, but larger people might find it uncomfortable. Thanks for the great stay, we had a very lovely holiday!

Praktisches Haus mit Pool am Rand von Playa Blanca. Ruhige Lage, gute Einrichtung und scöne Terrasse, leider nur komplett englische Sender im TV. Sonst alles prima.

Lovely villa, ideal location

An ideal holiday villa - 5/10 minutes walk away from the nearest supermarket and set of restaurants, 15 minutes walk away from more restaurants/bars overlooking the sea, and 30 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by car, from a fantastic beach. We had a great stay.

Lovely Villa , clean , with a spacious private garden and excellent pool.

This villa has everything shown on the Home away website.If you want to self cater it is very well equipped with a good kitchen including a dish washer and washing machine in a separate utility room. We only give four stars because the en-suite to the main bedroom needs some updating, but don't let this put you off. The A1 Villas team are very efficient and maintain the villa and the pool to a high standard. Would stay in this villa again.

A perfect villa and location. Loved it!

We've just spent (July/Aug) 11 nights at Villa Violetta, family of 3 (parents & 14 yr old boy). No stress on arrival, keys are in a safe box and a very nice welcome pack waiting of tea, coffee, milk, bread and sangria. A nice touch that makes a lot of difference. A very clean and spacious villa, everything in the description is true but the pictures don't really do it justice. Views from the villa garden are stunning, in one direction you have Montana Roja, very close and a impressive backdrop, changing colour during the day. In the other direction you have the sea and the lighthouse. Once the garden lights go out around midnight there's the sky full of stars to gaze at. You're not overlooked at all and it all felt very private. The garden is bigger than it looks on the pics so lots of choice of places to relax. The air con is great, 'coin operated' sounds bad, but 1 euro gives 90mins air-con in three rooms. We're from the cold north, but only needed this twice a day, once after a day in the sun, then once as we headed for bed (it's quiet enough to hardly notice). The turbo mode has you comfortable in minutes. The villa has everything you need and more. Lots of pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. The TV much has more channels than we could ever need, all Sky & BT etc and fantastic sound. The wifi is very fast and runs at 5ghz. We have a couple of phones which only use 2.4ghz so bought a little extender, and have left this in the villa in case anyone else has the same problem. The pool is lined not tiled, so no scuffed feet. It's very clean and in the 11 days we were there we had pool maintenance visiting 3 times checking & cleaning. We had one minor problem with a toilet flush, called A1 and a maintenance guy came out next morning and fixed it within 5 minutes. Everyone who visited (maintenance, pool, cleaning) were very friendly and quick. Dealing with A1 on the phone was easy, and good email comms. The location is ideal. A couple of minutes from the seafont walkway which stretches in one direction from the lighthouse and the other to Playa Blanca and beyond. Heading east there's a beach bar withing a couple of minutes, a bit further a couple of restaurants (Natura and El Argentina) and about 20 minutes pleasant walk there's Playa Flamingo. 10 minutes after that is Playa Blanca. If you don't fancy the walk, taxi to Playa Blanca is about 6 euros, Marina Rubicon about 7. We'd be very happy to come back to Villa Violetta!
