Torre De Suenos is nestled on the slopes of the Mar Azul. The villa is within walking distance of La Baracca beach with its beachcomber style secret restaurant and amazing snorkeling. Javea is only a short 10 minute drive to the main beach at the Arenal and there are a multitude of bars and restaurants to choose from on the drive down. The villa is set out on 3 levels with stunning views to the “La Isla De Portixol” and the Mediterranean horizon beyond. The discerning guest can enjoy the boutique hotel style but with the privacy of a private villa.
This villa is a luxury lifestyle choice with a pool and games room, a fully equipped gym with running machine, multi-gym and cross-trainer this villa is your own private and secluded paradise with all the modern features you could wish for. The hi spec and luxuriously furnished villa easily sleeps 10 with 4 large double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with the finest high quality beds, linen and furnishings throughout. On entering the top floor of the villa you are greeted by the sparkling chandelier and the “Lorca” super king size bedroom suite. This majestic suite consists of a dressing room, super king size bed, 2 sofas to relax on, a desk so you can cover any work sent from the office, flat screen TV with UK satellite channels, integrated air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful and perfect for the adults to escape from the kids with double basins, a full double walk in wet room and gorgeous fittings throughout. 3 large patio doors lead to the private upper 10m x 5m terrace with “Ibiza” style lounge seating for 10 and 2 super cool double day beds – the views out to the Mediterranean are incredible, truly a master suite to spoil yourself on vacation.
You then head downstairs to the main open plan level of the villa. made up of Kitchen, dining and living room this large and comfortable room sweeps out through 3 large patio doors to the glorious dining terrace overlooking the pool with more views out across the Mediterranean. With dining for 10 people and luxury sofas for relaxing after your favourite food, there will definitely be many evening cocktails and long relaxing meals during your stay. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern with a breakfast bar and everything you could need; there is also an adjacent utility room with a large american style fridge freezer, washing machine and sink. The living room is light and airy with modern furnishings and comfortable sofas, there is a large flat-screen TV with UK / Spanish / French satellite channels and integrated air conditioning to keep you cool while watching your favourite movie. The “Dali” suite is the cute twin room, ideal for the kids with a flat screen TV with UK channels, air conditioning, built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The “Dali2 suite has a modern adjacent shower room with WC, the patio doors from the “Dali” suite lead out to the BBQ area and the natural shade next to the brick BBQ with adjacent dining for 10 people and a relaxing swinging sofa to read a book or just feel the cooling sea breeze.
From this level you can head down to the lowest level where you find the pool, gym, a second kitchen, games room and 3 more bedrooms. The games room with its pool table, bar stools and flat screen TV will keep the kids and the dads happy for hours and is a great escape for them from the midday sun. The downstairs kitchen is also fitted to a high standard and makes entertaining much easier without the need to carry from the upper kitchen to the lower level. The “Picasso” suite benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV with UK channels, ceiling fan, integrated air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The “Picasso” suite leads straight out on to the pool terrace, perfect for night swimming. Also on this floor is the “Gaudi” suite a flexible set up means that this can function as a twin or king size double dependent on the make up of your group. This suite has a small area with a sofa, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV with UK channels, fitted wardrobes and again leads directly on to the pool terrace. The final suite is “Miro” with an large en-suite shower room and which is similar to ” Gaudi” with flexible sleeping accommodation but includes a sound system ideal for your favourite music and patio doors again to the pool terrace this suite also has the TV, air conditioning and fan. The family shared bathroom on the lower level has a free standing roll top bath and walk in shower.
The pool terrace has ample sunbeds for 10 people and they sit around a 9m x 4.5m pool which looks spectacular when lit up at night.
This villa is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.
Linen and bath / hand towels provided free of charge.
Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request.
Golf: Within 15 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 25 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.
Denia and Oliva to the north of Javea have some of the most spectacular long uninterrupted beaches with golden sand and even in the height of summer plenty of open space. Just outside Denia at Ondara there is the large, late night shopping centre of La Marina with boutique stores and a multi screen cinema for the kids.

A security damage deposit is payable 7 days before arrival by bank transfer and will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days of departure following a satisfactory check of the facililities at the property.

Summer Holiday
We absolutely loved staying at this property, the living areas (inside and out) are spacious and well furnished and the master bedroom has the most amazing view! The swimming pool area was just perfect for our children (age 5 and 7). We had a few days with some friends staying with us and there was plenty of space for all eight of us to have a great time and not be falling over each other. Cala Clemence is the restaurant within walking distance (down the hill) and it really is a treat! We went quite a few times and enjoyed the food and view very much. It's absolute brilliant to have somewhere to go and eat that's within walking distance. Fab holiday and we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic villa
Had a brilliant time in this villa/magnificent views/great pool and amenities A short walk down to the local pebble beach but the walk back up can be a little testing on the calf’s,make sure to use the gate at the pool area as a short cut.

Fantastic holiday
We would definitely recommend this villa. Gorgeous views & excellent accommodation. Louise was always on hand via email to answer any questions before hand and sort a small maintenance issue within the hour on a Sunday ! Be aware tho that there are lots & lots of steps/stairs (some with no hand rails) so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues & our two year old guest kept us on our toes!! We would definitely return.
