Este luxuoso apartamento de 3-cama está situado no 6º andar (último andar) de um edifício novo, com um terraço, garagem, e está apenas a 5 minutos a pé da Croisette e do Palais. Ideal para Congressos, tem 3 quartos, 2 casas de banho e uma espaçosa área de estar moderna que tem todas as comodidades modernas, incluindo internet banda larga, TV e DVD.
O apartamento tem uma espaçosa área de estar com 2 grandes sofás com uma mesa de café ao lado de televisão por satélite. Ele também tem uma totalmente equipada, cozinha americana e uma grande área de jantar com uma mesa de vidro e 6 cadeiras.
O apartamento tem 3 quartos completos com roupeiros embutidos e cada quarto tem uma cama de casal, que podem ser feitas em duas camas de solteiro em cada, se necessário.
Na parte da frente do apartamento, há acesso a um terraço virado a sul, com vista para o mar e com vista para o jardim e parque abaixo. Esta área também tem uma grande mesa com seis cadeiras com um dossel. Ele também tem duas espreguiçadeiras ao lado da mesa para relaxar.
Stayed in this apartment for a week recently.
It's easy to locate from the airport, take the motorway to the Cannes turnoff and then take the main road into Cannes and a couple of side streets later you're there.
Arrangements for picking up the keys and dropping them off could not be simpler.
The apartment is directly opposite the main train and bus Station but it's not noisy and sleeping was no problem.
If you wanted to do the Riviera without a car it would be the perfect location to access the excellent French public transport system.
The apartment building itself is modern and clean and very well maintained. The apartment is the same.
It's a steady 10 minutes walk to the beach and you come out near the public area, the old town is not much further.
Within about 300m there is a Monoprix and Intermarche supermarket, good if you're self catering.
Straight opposite the bus station is an excellent patisserie.
Communication with the owner, Margaret, was quick and easy when needed.
We enjoyed our stay and couldn't really fault anything about the apartment. ( It's even got a decent sized garage and if you know French apartments you'll know what a bonus that is ! )
Fantastic property in a plush and secure apartment block. Lovely kitchen and bathroom, fabulous bedrooms, and a superb balcony with views upon which we had breakfast and dinner. Centrally located, within walking distance of beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Especially close to railway station which was ideal as we arrived by train. Air conditioned apartment clean and well maintained. We are a family of family of four including two teenagers. Fabulous holiday and highly recommended. Would go again.
We booked this vacation rental as part of a family vacation in Southern France and it was absolutely perfect! We had such a wonderful stay, we didn't want to leave! My husband and I were traveling with our infant daughter, my sister and her partner and my mother. The apartment was very large and had plenty of space for all of us. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The main living space was wonderful to hang out in and so great that it was separated from the bedrooms, especially for napping babies! Kitchen staples (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, etc) were provided which is always so appreciated. Margaret was so helpful and accommodating and even had a travel crib and high chair set up for our baby! The terrace was lovely for evening meals and had a great view. The location is great, walking distance to all amenities and the beach. An underground parking space was included which was really nice. Perfect location for family vacation!
We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus, we only used 2 of the 3 available bedrooms.
It was a fantastic bonus that nothing in the cupboards were thrown away (coffee sugar washing powder fairy liquid Etc) helping you get what you need and replace when required especially if you have a late arrival also helping the environment. The supermarket (monoprix) is directly facing the apartment on the 1st floor on the other side of the train station you can see it from the balcony.
The train station is directly facing the apartment but there is absolutely no noise during the day or night when doors and windows are closed. With the train station close there is no need for a car although a parking space is available if required. We travel by train to Eze, Monte Carlo and Nice for day trips, Eze is a must for scenery, beautiful cobbled stone boutiques and a perfumery.
The apartment is central for all of Cannes and the tourist train at the beach is well worth taking. English TV programs available along with heating for the cold months or evenings. There is also a great pub on the other side of the train station on the corner with a very welcoming Irish landlady who owns it. We went there for 1 night with our children for a karaoke both ourselves and our children loved it and the landlady even gave us a round of free drinks due to the atmosphere we created.
We booked directly with Margaret who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and ALWAYS on hand for any help and advice you may require. Margaret was FANTASTIC!!! If I could give any more than 5 stars I would.
We would definitely return to this apartment and would highly recommend it to any traveller whether family, couple or business trip.
We were pleasantly surprised by the modern apartment and facilities. We did struggle initially with the heat as there was limited air conditioning, but we were provided with pedestal fans for each room which served us well,
The apartments are located close to the train station and about a 10minute walk to the main hubub of Cannes - making a great spot to retreat to after a long day lazing on the beach! We spent each evening having sun downers on the balcony, which was just brilliant.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for groups of friends or families wanting a central location in a nice apartment. Thanks for a great stay Margaret!
