The master bedroom with king size bed, lots of closet space and flat screen TV, 2 sink and soaking tub in the Master Bath, and access to your own privet oceanfront deck give you the most pleasure and privacy. The Second Bedroom has two full size beds, TV and Its Own private bathroom and deck overlooking the Marsh and Amelia River. The 3rd bedroom with queen size bed , TV has river and marsh view and is conveniently located on the main floor with attached full bath.

The Living Room has A flat screen TV,DVD & CD Player. TV's offer HBO, ESPN, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. This is a recently remodeled and furnished non smoking condo.

This beautiful and unique end unit traditional Penthouse occupies the top 2 floors and features unobstructed views of Atlantic Ocean, Intra-Coastal Waterway and Marsh. At over 2600 sqft. This villa is the largest in the complex.

The Amelia Island Plantation offers activities suitable for all ages and is a great place for a family vacation. Amazing View

This property had plenty of space, clean and luxurious feel, and amazing views of the beach as well as inland. The host was very communicative. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Views Second to None

Property Manager, Laily, was very accommodating and attentive. The condo was spacious, quiet and the views second to none. We took in beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the condo. Very peaceful stay.

Perfect for family,

Very comfortable for. 4 adults and one teen. Great location on quiet beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. Condo is very clean and well equipped. Would definitely consider again anytime we plan a trip to Amelia Island, highly recommend!
