This property accommodates up to 6 guests with an ocean front Master Bedroom Suite and 2 Guest Bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have king sized beds and an en-suite bathroom with top level contemporary design. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the culinary inclined, and room service with several exceptional menu options is available daily until 10PM. The quiet location is only a short walk to Old Town, Los Muertos Beach, The Malecon, Almar, Mantamar, and hundreds of bars and restaurants.
Sayan is a secure building with direct beach access and 2 huge full-service resort-style infinity pool and a hot tub areas. The lower pool cantilevers out over sandy Amapas Beach, and you will pass a large fire pit, and BBQ area walking to the direct beach access. With this rental you will also gain access to the lushly landscaped Sayan rooftop which is a fantastic mix of views, relaxation, and a full-service bar and restaurant. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub floor is sure to impress. Lined with palm trees, plenty of seating and lounge areas, this rooftop is the perfect elevated backdrop for your Puerto Vallarta journey.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available from 8AM to 10PM with room service options as well.
Important Note: The restaurant and bars are cash free. Only tips to the waiters should be done in cash. The staff will keep up with your restaurant and bar tab and let you know before checkout. Check with the restaurant or security before checkout. You can pay by credit card upon checkout. If you are unable to complete this payment before checkout please let your host (John) know so you can reimburse him directly.
Luxury towels linens and bathrobes are all provided. A full size front loading washer and dryer is in the apartment . High speed Internet and Smart TVs are provided. Small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, and blender) are provided. There are a full range of plates and glasses, cooking equipment and spices. A gas BBQ grill is on the large private terrace.
All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Any visitors must be approved by the owner. There is a front and beach gate but all check-in's should be from the front entrance on Calle Santa Barbara 466. Listed guests have access to both Oceanfront Pools and spa, 1 Rooftop Pool and Spa, Restaurant 8AM - 10PM with room service. Rooftop bar 11AM-10PM, Gym, Steam Room, Massage Room.

Extra Guest Fee: There is an extra guest fee added to reservations with more than 2 guests (the first 2 guests are included in the base rate). There is a charge for each additional guest. No more than 6 guests are allowed. Please notify John (owner) if you need to add additional guests to your reservation.

Rules: No smoking anywhere. No parties. No pets. No infants. Children under 12 must be approved prior to booking. No loud noises that neighbors can hear. The building has strict gate access and only listed guests are allowed on the property. There must be at least 1 30+ year old guest to be the responsible party in each rental group. Please note we cannot host young groups of guests (under 30 years old) having parties of any sort.
The Residence has 4 central A/C zones with a thermostat in each bedroom and the internet has been upgraded to fiber optics with much higher speeds of 75 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload (minimum) to support multiple simultaneous teleconferences as well.
Initial deposit can be paid online by credit card. If booked through my Poole-Properties site there are no added fees. Remaining payments will be requested by check and include a 5% discount.

Note Lower Pool maintenance will begin on April 10, 2023 and is estimated to last 6-8 weeks. The rooftop pool, restaurant, gym and beach access will remain open during this period. The rates show a $100/night discount for this period.
