Villa Golconda is well connected to the center of Sorrento but for every need we are available to pick you up at the train station or at the port of Sorrento upon your arrival. A private garage may be available on request.
The Golconda villa is in a privileged position to easily reach all the main tourist resorts of the coast. Capri can be easily reached by hydrofoil from the port of Sorrento. Pompeii and Herculaneum are less than half an hour with the Circumvesuviana from the railway station.
Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are connected with tourist buses and can be reached in 20/25 minutes. At the Mporto of Sorrento it is also possible to rent private boats for day trips. We also point out the beautiful walk to the baths of Queen Giovanna, a pleasant and archaeological place (ruins of the Roman Villa Pollio) reachable in 15 minutes. Other nearby destinations, noteworthy are Massalubrense and Nerano.
